DH covers illegal immigration, China cheating on trade, 2nd Amendment, never apologizing for America and homosexuals in the military...
Huckabee is peaking too early!
There, it's decided then! And you know what? We didn't even have to talk about homos and baby killers... Wasn't that refreshing?
Did you see the debate then? From the vid here (this thread) the audience seemed to be pumped for Hunter... Best response I have heard at any of the debates... TRUE, or were they just pumped up for everyone?
“GOP will get exactly what it deserves”
Oh yeah, thanks! That’s the same stupid argument people had in the last election and now that we’re stuck with idiots from the left who hate our military and have only one goal .. to embarassed Bush .. that sure gave the GOP exactly what it deserved. The only people who have paid the price IS YOU AND ME - and I don’t care for it much!
Apparently Hunter can think on a moment’s notice. Outside his normal 3-point platform of fair trade/immigration/defense.
The “don’t ask don’t tell” gay general question.
And what is best of all, HE DIDN’T PANDER! Now I don’t care if you are a log cabin Republican, or a muslim cleric, that is a breath of fresh air. HONESTY!
Ya know, this debate is a farce, designed to paint the GOP in a bad light, I think. All of the questions were on issues that the Dems can use to polarize and make Republicans look unappealing. Immigration, amnesty, abortion, gays in the military, guns, Bible, disenfranchisement of blacks....Where was health care? Where was S-CHIP? Where was the surge in Iraq? Where was the dismal approval of the Democratic Congress? There was absolutely no discussion on the economy and the housing/prime rate mess.
Oops, sorry big apology is made to you and anyone else that views this. I am very inexperienced and somehow goofed big time.
Again, my apologies to one and all for you having to view all the pics; but you get the point.
I clicked on it. It was cool!
They don’t want a conservative and we do. However, I am glad they had Duncan answer.
AND! Rudy and Romney went at eachother’s throats on immigration, exposing themselves for who they really were. It was pretty pathetic. I bet they both lost 10%.
Made my contribution.
GET THIS - IF WE DON’T ELECT SOMEBODY STRONG ON NATIONAL SECURITY .. healthcare won’t matter .. because there won’t be anybody left alive to use it; and we won’t need tax reduction because there won’t be enough of us to pay the taxes anyway; we won’t need education reform because most of the schools and the children won’t be attending; we won’t need immigration reform because they’ll probably be the only ones left to run things - and we won’t be there to stop them..
WHEN ARE PEOPLE GOING TO GET IT! Duncan gets it!!
Oh thank you for being so kind.
You are right.
I agree .. I think they would make a great duo.
No, they weren’t pumped for everyone. As a matter of fact, Rudy, Mitt and Paul got booed, some more than once. Hunter seemed to be known and appreciated by this audience and I’ve the feeling they would like to have heard a lot more from him.
He did not back down to General Gay (Hell-OOooooh, I’m with the special unit), he stood his ground. That question really hurt Romney. Not even he could slick his way out of that one. McCain was all worried about water-boarding and International law and the Geneva Convention. So , “Mr. Terrorist Bill of Rights” stayed true to form. Hunter is for America and Americans and the thing he said tonight that helped him the most was “buy American this Christmas Season”. It was like a commercial for America. Loved it. :)
I LOVE it thank you so much. He was awesome!
You’re a good Kitty :)
“They dont want a conservative and we do. However, I am glad they had Duncan answer.”

Yeah, Hunter answered first. The the next guy, Huckabee I think, just ditto’d what Hunter said.
The General said that his question was not answered. He lied, it was answered but it just wasn’t the answer he wanted to hear. What part of “NO” does he not understand? The “N” the “O” or both? :)
