Big blip on Drudge.

*****UPDATE******

It turns out that Keith Kerr, retired Colonel., U.S. Army; retired Brigadier General, California National Reserve, who submitted a YouTube question about gays in the military, is actually a member of Hillary Clinton's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transexual Americans For Hillary Steering Committee. He's also part of a film production crew trying overturn the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.

UPDATE: In the final seconds of the post-debate coverage, Anderson Cooper acknowledges that CNN messed this up and states that CNN did not know that Kerr has a position within the Clinton campaign and that had they known, they would have disclosed the association.

I agree. I thought that Duncan Hunter gave an excellent answer and smacked him down quite well.

Are Republicans so inept as to accept a chance to get on CNN....are there no other options. We all know Demorats are afraid of Fox, yet we allow the left to paint their issues as the national ones in the debates....real sart Republicans!

Funny thing....Cooper initially stated (at the beginning of the broadcast) that they had to go through "thousands" of utube submissions to pick their list of questions. What a coincidence that they happened to pick a Hillary plant. And that same plant just happened to be joining them in the audience.

MORE INFO AT politico.com:

... Gen. Kerr is a co-chair of Hillary Clinton's National Military Veterans group. Retired Brig. Gen. Keith H. Kerr was named a co-chair of the group this month, according to a campaign press release.

This, in addition to being on Hillary's GLBT steering committee mentioned earlier.

I sent all this info to various Fox Cable News programs, as well as Rush. I’ll bet Rush is all over this tomorrow.

His poll numbers will drop like a rock!

Can’t get it here in Florida, Barnes and Noble said it sold out first day. I went back and they had 18 copies in stock.

They could not find even one! Finally said they were all reserved by one person and more were coming, call them before returning to the store. Still none available today.

Weird? NO They are stinking liars and I told them so and suggested they look in cooking or romance...they have hidden other books there!

They were not sorry to see me leave!

Wrong. Your opinion, but there will be lots of others who will think otherwise. Both men did well tonite.

“....Keith Kerr, retired Colonel., U.S. Army; retired Brigadier General, California National Reserve”

As you might expect from the military-ignorant liberal MSM, there is no such thing as the “California National Reserve”.

If they mean the California National Guard, you will find that he was a political appointee of a liberal Democrat Governor. He would have never risen to that rank otherwise on his merits. He is just like Claudia Kennedy, who got to three stars because she was dating Terry McCauliffe’s father in law in the Clinton years.

When he was on I told my wife that “this is a hatchet job”. Luckily I was able to fast-forward through him. Not the most politically intelligent thing to do, I know, but I just couldn’t listen to him for another second.

The committee's title is racist--by including the word "American" in their title they are discriminating against illegal aliens who practice sexual perversions.

I had pre-ordered mine on Amazon, so we got it shortly after it was released. I think Glenn sells them off his site, but they’re more expensive than off of Amazon. List is $26, if I remember right and Amazon price is around $16.

I only watched parts of the debate (Ann Coulter was on C-SPAN at the same time and much more fun to listen to), but I caught the Confederate flag question and thought Romney in his answer insulted anyone who had ancestors who fought for the South.

It’s more fun for Drudge to poke fun at CNN being stupid than to go on attack mode and accuse CNN of purposely manipulating things. What would make you more angry—being told you are gullible/stupid or being told you are crafty?

Who cares who this guy was a part of. The question allowed our candidates to showcase their pro family values credentials. It only helped.

I don’t trust CNN, expecially after what they did with the plants at the Democrat debate.

Bingo...everytime CNN has a debate something happens that diminishes the their credibility. That's why it's fun to watch. CNN is doing more damage than good to the Clinton campaign.

BTW, it was also fun watching Bill Bennett b!tchslap Gergan, Toobin and that idiot from the 2000 Gore/2004 Kerry campaigns after the debate.

I don't expect Bennett will be invited back to CNN anytime soon.

And, at the risk of getting flamed here, why should we care if he was a plant or not?

We care if it was a plant because this was supposed to be a debate, not a "defend the conservatives viewpoint" meeting. It also speaks as to the morals of the Dems and the extreme bias of the news media, CNN in particular.

Exposing this as a plant can only help our side, and begs the question of how many other plants were in the audience.
