It turns out that Keith Kerr, retired Colonel., U.S. Army; retired Brigadier General, California National Reserve, who submitted a YouTube question about gays in the military, is actually a member of Hillary Clinton's Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transexual Americans For Hillary Steering Committee. He's also part of a film production crew trying overturn the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" policy.
UPDATE: In the final seconds of the post-debate coverage, Anderson Cooper acknowledges that CNN messed this up and states that CNN did not know that Kerr has a position within the Clinton campaign and that had they known, they would have disclosed the association.

Can you imagine if CNN would allow “just anyone” to ask a question? There could be something like: “As president, would you order an investigation into Hillary’s connections with Hsu, or her FBI files, or her ...etc.”?

i’m glad no one fell for his line of crap-he hid his orientation for over 40 years-this guy must’ve been a security risk for that reason alone-susceptible to blackmail
The question seemed out of place. I don’t remember the topic coming up in any of the previous debates, do you? At any rate, I think it caused couple of hearts to skip a few beats, I’m sure. I’ll have to re-run the tape and see who said what. It surprised me too.
And of course, Anderson Cooper is all but openly gay. “Out” magazine ranks him as the second most powerful Gay in the country, second only to David Geffen.
Of course, Hillary was not listed.....

So, this is what this “debate” will be remembered for. Too funny, I saw only about 1 minute of the thing, managed to watch the “big moment”. Man, what timing.

When will CNN disclose that their friggin' pollster is Hillary's top fundraiser?
CNN picks the questions - and it shows. How many “move on” folks? Only CNN knows.
If you read the debate thread, as soon as they said “Homosexuals Brigadier Genreal” someone posted “ohh boy here comes the plant”
And sure enough in less then a page or so, I “believe” Dawn53 posted the evidence just from a Google search.
These folks are transparent.
Perhaps some enterprising . . . .
