Hosted by Anderson Cooper
Candidates participating:
The guy from NY...Yeah, its OK for government to regulate the 2nd Amendment.
Ahhhh did not realize it was an old poll... disregard lol
Still think Thompson is not getting a fair shake from media but have felt that way about Hunter for a long time as well.
Bill Bennet would have to be looking over or round the mirror to see Mitt.
Anyone recall any serious questions regarding the dollar, medicare and the grossly outsourcing/selling out of our country???
87 years? That was painful Mitt. Good thing he stopped talking before he said his favorite Red Sox player is Manny Ortiz.
Ah, diversity!
“Gergen is such a pimp anyway.”
No, he is a whore!
I’m sure Uncle Wesley Clark is in the foxhole with him.
No problem. I’ve been posting fast tonight too. :O)
Gergen = Clintonista spinmeister.
For years now. Could care less what he thinks.
“These candidates are FOOLS for not getting together and all declining this format.
EVERY question was designed to set up the Republicans and make them look like racists, bigots, torture advocates, homophobes, religious kooks, abotion zealots, etc.
I could look at the faces of these vidiots and tell that they were going to set up the candidates.
This was a disgrace. Republicans needed to get together, and use their combined power to set the terms of this debate, and they failed.
Not one of the questions, until the last two, (Paul and Rudy) were designed to make the candidates look good.
This SUCKED.”
Ditto. Thanks, you saved me a lot of typing.
I despise Huckabee and consider him a socialist tax-raising nanny-state RINO fraud. HOWEVER, I will concede he looked pretty good tonight. That said, I will still vote third party if he is that candidate.
Giuliani and McCain did serious damage to themselves tonight. Of all of them, I thought Tancredo was a standout, and wish he would have got more questions. Hunter, Thompson, and Paul all did very well for themselves. Paul came across as wall as he could with his end-is-nigh-tinfoil-hat inflection. Thompson and Hunter both hit it out of the park on the questions asked of them, and there should have been more for both of them.
Romney was a mixed bag. He and Ruity beat the hell out of each other, and I don’t think either gained anything, but I think FAR more damage was done to Ruity, much of it by himself. He appeared VERY uncomfortable all night, and constantly had to bring up the “In New York...” meme.
WINNERS: Thompson, Hunter, Paul, Tancredo, Huckabee
DRAW: Mitt
LOSERS: Giuliani, McCain
And the Confederate flag. Some idiot in his bedroom (probably in parents' basement) got on CNN with his dumb confederate flag.
Is CNN anti-women or something?
Funny... a Ron Paul meetup group was formed in a nearby rural county. None of the "members" were from the county and only a couple were even from the state.
A vote for fred was not even an option in the poll. He was the most disappointing for me
LOL!
I thought his plant status was pretty obvious.
I didn’t know what a Paultard Stormfronter was..had to look it up , found out that Paultard..meant they support the Nutty Dr. Ron Paul..ha..and Stormfront is a White Nationalist Pride front group... I was right about the intent of the question..a reject nutjob
Ot is worse than that Gergen is both a pimp and a whore!
More FRed bashing!! He did great, and the Clinton Newsies are running scared! Bwahahahahaha! :-)
Italy, like Spain and France, has regions that are religious, and other regions that are outright anti-religious, especially in the south and in the industrial cities. There are strong historical reasons for this (ie the legacy of feudalism and the close ties between the Church and the landowners).
