"Fred and Duncan CLEAR winners tonight." They have my vote. I'm leaning Duncan in the primary.

BTW the hillary to mars joke was beneath a candidate.

Yes, it was. But, I'll bet they all were thinking the same thing.

I used to live in Cleveland, and the Italian Catholic churches were usually the biggest ones, although I don’t keep up anymore.

I think those watching have had a chance to see Fred apart from the media’s false characterization of him and got to know Hunter better.

Thompson and Hunter were the clear winners.

“So, while it is easy to gotcha with OT questions, in light of the NT, it is an ignorant question of Christian faith.”

The Bible consists of two books, in case you didn’t notice, the OT and the NT. You either believe every word of the Bible, both OT and NT, or you don’t.

Yep. Romney bit the big one tonight.

Particularly that deer in the headlines reponse on the Bible question. That could really make rough going for him.

You DONT foul up in a Republican Primary on those kinds of questions of which the topic has immense interest by the So-Con GOP base.

“He says only “I have no intention of running” as an Independent. He uses that word every time... it’s got to mean something.”

Yup... People drive every day with “no intention” of getting into an accident - yet somehow it seems to happen over and over. People cheat on their spouses with “no intention” of hurting them, and yet - duh!

I’m very suspicious of someone who answers a question in that way - because what it really means is “it’s possible.”

Yes, Hunter was great.

Rudy....did bad.
Romney....looked too slick, yet again.
Paul....was lost in space.
Huckabee....looked like a real preacherman.
Tancredo.....managed to get in a passionate answer.
McCain.......looked tired.
Thompson.......got in a few good lines...especially his answer to whether he owns guns or not.
