It's amazing, Mike Huckabee is one of the few politicians who would give the time of day to FR,
Gov. Huckabee's Thank you Letter to FReeper
and yet by some on FR they in mindless hyperbolic posts basically compare him to the plague.
JMO, some FReepers prove the axioms of "fair weather friends" and "no good deed goes unpunished" and also "watch your back", very true.
Bud Light presents: "REAL MEN OF GENIUS"
(Real men of genius)
Today we salute you, Mr. Mike Huckabee paid FR campaign shill!
(Mr. Mike Huckabee paid FR campaign shill)
What does a liberal Republican do when he is afraid to face grass roots conservatives himself? He pays his coffee and errand boy minimum wage to do it for him...
(skim milk with three sweet and lows)
Sitting in a cubicle at campaign headquarters you search Conservative websites like the NY Times, Washington Post, LA Times, Salon, CNN and Daily Kos looking for favorable articles about the Huckster to post on FR
(oooh, here's one from DU!)
Armed with nothing but talking points from Hucks' website, you attempt to convince conservatives that your candidate is not a Christian socialist or a pro-life Democrat...
(Jesus would want amnesty for illegals)
When FReepers say Huck is a fiscal liberal, algore loving environmental wacko, open border amnesty pusher, nanny state smoker banner you provide the brilliant original response...a link to his campaign website
(copy, paste, copy, paste)
Conservatives? We don't need no stinkin' Conservatives!
(Highly overrated)
All we need is a leftist who is pro-life, has an R next to his name, and talks about Jesus.
(Praise the Lord!)
So crack open an ice cold Bud Light, oh Karl Rove of the blogosphere, because when a FReeper runs for office, we'll be calling you...
(Mr. Mike Huckabee paid FR campaign shill)
Bud Light beer. Anheuser-Busch, St. Louis, Missouri.
Besides being a Socialist, amnesty pusher, global warming fool, there is another segment of the party who Huck has pissed off since he last appeared at an FR function....the adults here who hate the nanny state. He banned smokers from restaurants and campaigns against Twinkies in his crusade to save the people from themselves. For once, this is our chance to tell a public serpent that there are consequences to treating adults and private business owners like children for a Gubmint social engineering experiment.
Huck and his paid campaign shills are listening. Let em have it!

Mr. Huckabee is using the “Fair Tax” as a “something different” in his campaign. We all know (and even Rush Limbaugh mentioned this today) that the Fair Tax is not a good idea.
I disagree with something Rush said today (yes, even me). There was more than one conservative Presidential candidate at that debate last night — I saw three.
Two in the top tier (one not in the top tier), that is.
TV time out...Rush is never wrong! Besides Fred, Duncan Hunter I guess you mean Mitt.
Correctamundo! Hope all is well. :-)
You sure are one sharp, smart guy! :-)
I’m not sharp. I’m a retard. My mother did something worse than smoking while she was pregnant with me...she was exposed to her brothers and my uncles Second Hand Smoke. Look at me now, I’m posting nonsense on an internet forum while the Cowboys are holding a slim lead.
Oh, YES YOU ARE! And I don’t say that amount many people. :-)
Yep. Apart from their views on abortion, there isn't one thin dime's worth of difference between Bill Clinton and Mike Huckabee politically.
I-L-L-E-G-A-L A-L-I-E-N-S
Illegal Aliens - one of the hot button issues among Repubs. Dems, independents and most Real Americans.
Otherwise he seems O.K. to me.
I also disagree with Rush - I saw none.
Ouch. Hope all is well with you. :-)
Picky, picky, picky. LOL. :-)
Plus he is an health Nazi....
“Yep. Apart from their views on abortion, there isn’t one thin dime’s worth of difference between Bill Clinton and Mike Huckabee politically.”
I agree. And like Clinton, there’s just waaaay too much bible thumping going on with Huckabee. And just a little too much, “Awww shucks.” Nauseating.
Ditto that. While it is perfectly ok to emphasize to children, or even to adults as long as it isn’t intrusively done, about healthy habits including eating, laws restricting legal products or activity are not ok. Freedom is freedom, freedom is not social engineering.
