(see article below). The Knights of Columbus will lead the March and Joyful Sound of North Greenville University will provide the inspirational music.

Please mark your calendars and forward this information to your church, school contacts, and friends.  Attached are rally flyers in both pdf and Word.

Kansas Official Files Charges Against Planned Parenthood Abortion Center

Kansas City, KS (LifeNews.com) — Another battle over the allegedly illegal abortions done at a Kansas City Planned Parenthood abortion center is brewing. Late Wednesday, Johnson County District Attorney Phill Kline, the former state attorney general, filed over 100 criminal charges against the abortion business in Overland Park. The 107 counts include 23 felonies and 84 misdemeanors and they include 29 misdemeanor counts of doing illegal late-term abortions. The complaints also allege that the Planned Parenthood facility failed to maintain proper records, falsified information, and did not follow laws about determining viability.

A hearing is slated to take place on the charges on November 16. Peter Brownlie, president and chief executive officer of Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid-Missouri, told the Associated Press that the abortion business follows the state law. “I’ve heard nothing at all about specific charges that have been filed,” Brownlie said. “We always provide high-quality care in full accord with state and federal law.” Kansas Attorney General Paul Morrison, who replaced Kline, dismissed all of the charges Kline filed against the abortion center when he was the attorney general and his spokeswoman Ashley Anstaett told AP he doesn’t think these new charges have any merit.

Our CBS affiliate has a supposedly scathing “investigative report” on Kline on tonight’s news that was 6 months in the making. I can only imagine what they came up - these news jerks have nothing else better to do than go after a law abiding citizen, of course, only when they have a R after their name.

Glad to see NGU out there in support of the efforts in Kansas City.

Missouri is a strong Pro-Life state with many grassroots activists who are standing firm against Planned Parenthood and their agenda to destroy our nation’s moral foundations.

We need to continue to shine the light on Planned Parenthood’s activity and the recent bill that governor Blunt signed into law was a great step in the right direction.

Planned Parenthood suffers major loss in Missouri

Governor Matt Blunt of Missouri signed into law House Bill 1055. HB 1055 not only classifies abortion facilities as ambulatory surgical centers but, more importantly, it bans people affiliated with abortion providers from teaching or supplying materials for public school sex-ed courses. This will keep Planned Parenthood out of all the schools in the state of Missouri !

Stand Up for Life Rally 1-12-2008. I bet Bobby Schindler will be there. This is usually on C-span and it’s usually thirty degrees outside.
