These were mailed out recently to Akins Group Inc. customers. I've held off on announcing this until I could confirm receipt of my resignation by the remaining Director. I've received that within the last hour.

Thanks,

Tom

-- To Whom It May Concern;

This notice is to inform you of my resignation as President, as a Director, and as Agent for Akins Group Inc. I have also signed my stock shares over to the Corporation, severing all financial interest.

I hereby disclaim any association and/or liabilities associated with Akins Group Inc. and/or William (Bill) Akins, whether in his capacities as an Officer of AGI, as a shareholder of AGI, as a patent holder or as an individual.

With the customer communications (phone line and website) being shut down, the decision having been made over my objections, I am using this means to notify people of the new address and contact information for Akins Group Inc.

Any inquiries related in any fashion to Akins Group Inc. should be directed to the Corporation, through the sole remaining Director, William L. Akins, at 12810 Kitten Trail, Hudson FL 34669, telephone 727-819-8352.

Sincerely,

Put one of those on the 44mag version of that weapon and you would have some real firepower

Which was one of the reason some of the Brigade 2506 Cuban Exiles at the Bay of Pigs were carrying Ruger .44 Magnum *Deerstalker* carbines, though their tubular magazine held but four shots.

Gun owners have gotten no help from the Bush administration, however

All too true - on ANY gun related issues.

My copy of the Constitution doesn’t have a clause in ANY of the Articles that would allow the FedGov to even HAVE an agency like the BATFE.

No word on what will happen to the customers who paid for these Rube Goldberg devices.

No doubt that the ATF will seize all their records and attempt to track down each and every one of them and demand they be turned over without compensation or face criminal prosecution.

Actually, that was the initial fear.

The BATFE will find that their “re-decision” in this matter is going to come back to haunt them in the worst way. It seems that no matter what BS they do now, someone like Len Savage or Ryan Horsley is going to take that letter, turn it into a sharp stick and insert it with extreme prejudice in one of ATF’s orifices in some court room out there causing the rogue agency to squirm and spin in circles. What absolutely amazes me is that the pin heads at FTB (Firearms Technology Branch) haven’t figured out that the days of this kind of crap are over. Too many people know how to jam these letters in some very inconvenient places.

Oh, and as a technical point... The BATFE does NOT have any documented procedures or guidelines on determination or classification of firearms. Basically that means that the Akins letter and other letters have no factual basis of determination and are basically BS pulled out of the ass of some pencil pushing idiot who has an agenda. This also means that every single arrest and conviction of someone in possession of a contraband firearm MUST be reviewed if not plain thrown out of court. Most of this crap is the result of a mental case that was with FTB named Sterling Nixon. To say that man had issues is an understatement. How in the world he ever got into the position he was in is beyond me.

Makes one wonder just where Sterling Nixon really is these days.

Oh yeah, check out JPFO’s website and get the DVD “BATF fails the test” if you want to see one of their “technical experts” at work.

Mike

That sounds like a variation of "let George do it". Akins Group has elected not to follow that path so why should anyone else?

Remember? "If not now, when?" "If not us, who?"

I am very familar with the work of JPFO.

Best regards,
