Just when every poll has Hillary slipping, she has gotten a shot in the arm from a very unlikely source: President George W. Bush.
In an interview on Tuesday featuring the first couple and Charles Gibson, the president said of Mrs. Clinton "No question, there is no question that Sen. Clinton understands pressure better than any of the candidates, you know, in the race because she lived in the White House and sees it first could see it first-hand."
By saying that she understands the klieg lights, Bush lent credence to Hillarys campaign assertion that she could hit the ground running if she were elected president.
Would somebody please explain to us what Bush is doing, touting Hillary just as the rest of America is finally catching on to her artificial, evasive and contrived campaigning style?

I dont see this as a Plus for her with the attitude a lot of Americans Have towards Bush ,including the Hildabeast ,it makes her look like the real person she is ,ungrateful at best and shameless as she bashes daily a Person who complimented her
“Moderate, Moderate, Moderate, Moderate.”
CFR, CFR, CFR, CFR.......
I’m afraid this is a hoax. The Bush endorsement story is on Scrappleface.com, and we ought to know by now how well Scott Ott makes satire sound like the real thing. Rush Limbaugh once said he wished Scrappleface worked for him! Did M & M get the story from there?
The popular vote matters not. The next presidency has already been decided upon.
Exactly. If you read the whole interview, it’s not an endorsement of hillary. BUT if you take a few words out of context, it is. And of course the liberal press immediately and predictably took his remarks out of context.
After being in office for seven years with an unfriendly press sniping at him and taking everything he says out of context, he certainly should have known better than to do this.
It was really dumb. Truly dumb. No need to attack hillary, but he just should have avoided talking about her, and especially avoided saying anything like that.
I’m sure the Bushes would like the see President Jeb Bush in the future. The argument against dynasties won’t help that.
But I think President Bush is the opposite of a hyper-partisan. He probably sees Hillary’s nasty criticism of him as something she has to do to try to get elected. No hard feelings.
lets remember that any support from President Bush is a guaranteed kiss of death from the left wing nutjobs. He just cemented her loss to BHO or the Breck girl, either one totally unelectable!
I did not see the interview, but I read the transcript. You are correct the president said that she will be beaten by the Republican nominee
Mrs Bill Clinton is running in the Democrat Primaries. For the average Democrat Activist GW Bush is a cross between Adolf Hitler, Joe Stalin and Satan. Having him say nice things about Mrs Clinton has the same effect on Democrat Voters that having the high priest of the Church of Satan make favorable mention of a pope candidate would have on Catholics Cardinals.

Actually, the 'average Democrat Activist' would say to that: "Two out of three ain't bad.". To be compared to Joe Stalin or Satan would be a positive thing for them.
