If what he has filed is dismissed as frivolous, and it certainly appears that way to me, he may be vulnerable to a harrassment complaint.

The highest court in the province of Saskatchewan has reversed a 2002 decision by the Court of Queen’s Bench which ruled that a man who placed references to Bible verses on homosexuality into a newspaper ad was guilty of inciting hatred....

The Court concluded that, although his advertisement was jarring and offensive to many, Mr. Owens had not acted contrary to s. 14(1)(b).

Since the previous court ruling had indicated that the Bible verses themselves expose “homosexuals to hatred”, Christian legal experts were concerned that the Bible itself may be banned due to the passage of the hate propaganda legislation in Canada.

Your information on my post which was completely outdated. I had made reference to the 2002 court decision that found Mr Owens guilty. The only excuse is that perhaps the Canadian media did not exactly trumpet the news. I do stand corrected on that however.

In fact, they relocated their server here several years ago, anticipating problems like this. Warman who once worked for the Canadian Human Rights Commission has also filed a complaint against Free Dominion with them under section 13. No defendant has ever won against a section 13 complaint.

For this reason they need to make it an offshore company. Their names will never appear as owners.
