Hi! Happy “Day After” Pig Out Day!

I haven’t read all the recipes and suggestions, yet - but I always make Turkey Tetrazzini after Thanksgiving.

1 lb. box angel hair pasta (or thin spaghetti)
2 cups chopped (cooked) turkey
1/2 large box velveeta cheese (chopped into 1” squares)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Cook pasta - drain, put in 9x11 pre-greased pan (Pam works)
Put cheese, soup and milk in large bowl in microwave
Cook on high about five minutes - stirring occasionally

Stir turkey into cheese/soup mixture, pour over pasta. Stir to blend.

Cook (uncovered) at 350 about 30 minutes. Top with seasoned bread crumbs (I use rice crispies, potato chips, corn flakes and bread crumbs) - return to oven and bake until topping starts to brown (about 15 minutes.)

Serves 8 or 6 really hungry dudes.

OK, folks. The above ingredients are estimates. I just throw the stuff together, and it is always delicious. I suppose you could use some herbs and seasoning or add onions, garlic and celery - but it always tastes so wonderful plain, that I haven’t tried adding spices.

If you make it - let me know - if you think we should change anything. ~yorkie
