The training is very stringent and possibly the best in the world in terms of producing excellent marksmen. A person having had that type of training can utilize the basics and shoot well even with somewhat inferior equipment.
As far as putting my service on the "side of the angels", the thought hadn't really entered my mind. For that matter, do you remember Charlie Whitman? He was the guy in the tower on the Texas campus that killed 14 people and wounded a few dozen more. Yep, he was a former Marine.
Not all Marines are "angels". However, it is relatively safe to say that most all Marines are good marksmen.

I read it. It certainly did not not convince me LBJ had any role in the assassination. However I highly recommend people read it for another reason - to get insights into how much of an SOB LBJ was. For example, LBJ wasted no time in basically throwing Jacqueline Kennedy out of the WH which was pretty tacky. Plus the cover photo shows LBJ was such a sneaky look on his face that it almost makes one wonder though.

Dude, the cloud of ejected tissue material doesn't fly along with the car hovering over the President. The car is in motion moving forward, the motorcycle cop behind it is in motion moving forward. He will ride into the cloud of material immediately afterwards.

If some idiot wrote a script like this...it’d be a black comedy of sorts. You couldn’t have invented a character like Oswald...who gave up his citizenship to escape to the Soviet Union...then he comes back...and the FBI doesn’t ask any questions...just letting him walk right back into the US and begins this wonderful relationship with some “Free-Cuba” group. Then you write the script where Oswald buys the cheapest gun possible, via some mail-order company...which he then uses with absolute precision. And his moving to Dallas...so perfectly timed...with no obvious reasons...with his Russian wife.
I’ve always speculated that about 30 seconds after Kennedy was shot...that Oswald sat there in the building...suddenly grasping how he was “framed”, realizing how the whole thing was a set-up and he was supposed to “fall the right way”. There were probably a cop or two who knew the plan...and were supposed to shoot him in the building as he escaped by plan “A”...but he grasps this...and suddenly goes onto some plan “B”.
By evening hours....Jack Ruby gets his call that he has to clean up this mess by any method possible. So you have to imagine Jack’s hours over that evening...thinking about what he had to do...and how his life was finished. Oswald had seconds to grasp his role in this mess...but Ruby had hours to wonder about his future before he carried out the mission.
Johnson, knowing the basic plan from the start...probably sat there for hours after Oswald was taken to the local police station...and hoping that something could happen before anything was said. I doubt he got any sleep that night...hoping that Ruby would just do the job necessary.
In the end...they all relied on a incompetent media, with various political figures carrying out a public “clean-up” campaign, and getting the media to just believe things.
In today’s environment...with digital cameras and internet...none of this would have been possible. A spilling of the entire story would have happened within 48 hours...and the VP would be forced to resign within a month...with a national crisis developing over who quietly replaces the president and was he a part of the conspiracy?
Dude, the limo was barely moving at the time of impact. The officer testified that he was splattered with the material blown backward, not that he drove into it. With the the car barely moving, the heavier tissue would not hang in the air long enough for the cop to ride into it. Gravity was at play that day in Dealey Plaza. Watch the Zapruder film and apply physics......

Since you have no proof of anything other than what you think, verses an actual recreation of what happened, your argument with no hard substance other than what a bunch of web blogs and non experts think is weak.
There is no measureable distance between the first two frames. Kennedy's head is stationary. There is also the red mist from the impact as his head is driven 2.3 inches forward. There is also a white streak moving upward and forward from the blast. The bullet broke into two pieces at the cannelure. One piece broke the inside of the windshield, the other dented the windshield frame at the rearview mirror. One of those pieces was found on the driver's seat and the other fragment was found on the driver's floorboard. The motorcycle officer drove through the red mist. Some brain matter was found near the curb forward of the strike area.
The bullet hole at the rear of Kennedy's skull had a cratered effect such as a bb hitting a glass window also showing the bullet came from the rear.
NOW. Where are your bullets, film frames and facts?
