Whitaker, now 28, is on the sex offender registry because at age 17 she engaged in consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old boy on school property.

This woman clearly does not need to be on any sort of a sex offenders list for the rest of her life. Is there no cure for that sort of thing??

She committed statutory rape. You can’t have ‘consensual sex’ with an underage person.

That said, you can become a sex offender by touching someone’s butt when you’re six years old, so I would lay odds that some of these evil sex offenders are anything but.
