That said, you can become a sex offender by touching someone’s butt when you’re six years old, so I would lay odds that some of these evil sex offenders are anything but.
Having this woman listed as a sex offender corrupts the system. Moreover if I’m on a jury and some DA asked me to convict a 17 year old girl of “raping” a 15 year old boy via oral sex, I’d laugh in the DA’s face.
