Mornin' Billie and Company.

Great looking Pledge this fine autumn day. Lots of colorful trees in our neighborhood and there's a rake in the shed calling out to me. Ever try to rake one-handed? Perhaps the blower will work better.

Here's a scene from our neighborhood. Picture's a couple years old, but the colors this year are just as magnificent...

Upgraded A-10s prove worth in Iraq
Senior Airman Larry Lewis, Staff Sgt. Chris Miller, and Tech. Sgt. David Rey load a Joint Directed Attack Munition to an A-10 Thunderbolt II Oct. 27 at Al Asad Air Base, Iraq. The A-10C's are assigned to the 104th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, which is made up primarily of members from the 175th Maryland Air National Guard. Airman Lewis and Sergeants Miller and Rey are Maryland Air National Guard weapons loaders. The 104th EFS is the first unit to use the C-model A-10 in a combat zone. Its upgrades have made air power more efficient and have streamlined the close-air-support mission. (U.S. Air Force photo/Staff Sgt Angelique Perez)
