I just wish more people would watch CSPAN on these occasions.

Nothing scares the anti-war anti-American movement more than the concept of victory - at their core, most in the "anti-war" movement would prefer to keep the troops in Iraq longer, under conditions ensuring defeat, rather than bring them home sooner under the banner of victory. Most Democrats are resigned to having troops in Iraq beyond 2012 - under conditions precluding anything but the most hollow victory. Not that anyone has their head screwed on straight on the matter.

They don’t want us to win. It’s sick that one of our major political parties thinks this way, but it’s the truth. They prefer to be “tolerant” of our enemies. They want us to lose because it will be a lot easier to win in 2008. Imagine how much harder it will be to win in 2008 if the evil Republicans have won the war, and they have to admit they were wrong. It’s a lot easier to pull out, say Bush screwed the country, and they were right. They can work on implementing socialism in America, which is their ultimate goal.
All they'd have to do is pull their collective heads out of their collective posteriors and they'd see it. Just a click here gives any number of stories on any day that show the progress being made. Too bad the journalistas of today just regurgitate the Dem talking points to "prove" we're losing.
