CNN's Wolf Blitzer has been warned not to focus Thursday's Dem debate on Hillary. 'This campaign is about issues, not on who we can bring down and destroy,' top Clinton insider explains. 'Blitzer should not go down to the levels of character attack and pull 'a Russert.'' Blitzer is set to moderate debate from Vegas, with questions also being posed by Suzanne Malveaux... Developing.
“Blitzer: Senator Clinton, I sorry but people have the right to know and the question has to be asked....who does your hair?”
That should finish the Edwards Campaign....
C’mon, everyone knows that Wolf is the plant!! D’oh!
;-)
Wolf should ask Hillary her views on this issue and let her destroy herself on national TV all by herself.
She is not ready for prime time and the Democrats would do better to knock her off early rather than try and do damage control throughout the main election. That really may not be possible.
de-clintonized.
Gosh, Yeah. I’d flip over to American Gladiator if I had to. :)
“I’d like someone to ask her: “During the mid-term election last fall, you told American voters that if they want to see gas prices lowered, they should vote Democrat. Americans did that. Why have gas prices continued to rise?”
You will only hear that question asked at the 2AM debate at Ft. Marcy Park...
THAT I would pay good money to see!!!! :-)
Talk about ‘picking on Hillary’...I want to see the mods make her CRY with their tough questions!! C’mon, Hillary, show us what you are *REALLY* made of!!
{Never mind, I know, but I’m too much of a lady to mention that here!}
Dat looks jes’ lak Mistuh Intalokater!
The Question is has the Clinton Campaign planted questions with Wolf and does Hillary Know??????????????
Have they conveyed the same warning to Al Queda so those guys don’t gang up on the person who wants to be CIC?
Using the phrase ‘Pulling a ‘Russert’ has to be endearing the capaign to the MSM. They really do think they are all powerful.
That is a WONDERFUL idea!!
WOLF: “Senator Clinton, is it true that you’ve threatened to have me waterboarded if I ask you any tough questions?”
WOLF: “Senator Clinton, did politics turn you into such a ruthless b*tch or were you always this way?”
WOLF: “Senator Clinton, when you look at your face in the mirror, does the mirror always crack?”
I liked it so much I posted it on the Rush thread too.
Remember Imus’ old joke about what the unusual markings were on Bill’s schlong were.... they found Wolf Blitzer’s teeth impressions.
I still think the reason Imus was canned was that he hated Hillary and went after her. Not that I like Imus, but he should have known not to offend the Queen.
Yet one more difference between the Dems and the Republican candidates.
Hillary doesn’t want to be a focus in the debates. She’s afraid of the heat. The fewer questions she has to answer, the more likely she’ll hold onto the lead.
Is there any Republican candidate that wouldn’t want to be the focus and take the heat ?
Certainly Duncan Hunter would love to be handed every question, and nobody would be in any doubt about his position when he was done answering it.
Do you feel the question was too tough and do you think as a woman that you should be given easier questions?"
Wolf better watch himself....he could end up walking a beat in Afghanistan!!!
