By the way, I just can't wait for Google's next "Ramadan" logo.

The problem with a company who adopts the haughty slogan "Do No Evil" is that you have to be able to discern between good and evil to begin with.
Finally.
Using the World War I helmets is even more appropriate.
Just noticed that. Good for them.
They should do Ramadan. Actually I would perfer that they don’t do anything since it upsets people over a really stupid issue. Google is a wonderful tool for the computer and is making me some money with the stock market...so far.
I can’t see it at google.com
Is it because I’m currently posting from a non-US IP?
Their blurb is as follows... On Sunday, November 11th WKLU 101.9 will air greetings and messages from Indiana Soldiers currently stationed in Iraq. Many of the soldiers have been deployed for over 12 months and have limited ways to connect with their loved ones back home. Thats why WKLU 101.9 will honor these outstanding men and women and their families on Veterans Day. Tune in for commercial free programming for the entire day along with greetings from some of the many soldiers who are serving in Iraq. Twenty four hours of nothing but vintage rock is the least we could do to honor these brave Hoosiers and all veterans who have served this great country of ours!
Unbelievable!!!
‘wonderful tool’
Now that’s amusing.
www.google.com
That must be it. The Veteran's Day logo is still up as far as I can tell.
Why? Islam is an evil cult that openly speaks of murdering Jews and Christians.
Glad they are making you a few bucks though.
If Google was honest about its politics, they would celebrate Stalin's birthday.
You and me both - all I see is plain old Google. Darn.
I assume you can see the graphic at the top of the thread, though, right?
I can see it on this thread where it is linked to the special graphics section, but when I go to google.com I see the plain old logo.
I'm going to assume it's because I am posting from a non-US IP at the moment (on vacation in northern Israel)
I’m sure that’s it. I bet if you were VPN’d into a US location, and surfing through it, you’d see it.
I agree with your post, but if they don’t use Ramadan than they might use it as an excuse to not use Christmas. That was my only reasoning.
