ME | 11-07-07 | ME

Peterson has conceded to Republican Greg Ballard in Indianapolis! BIGGEST UPSET IN INDIANA POLITICAL HISTORY!

Carrying down into a LARGE majority of Republicans on the City-County Council!

THIS IS A BIG WIN! Democrats can probably kiss Julia Carson's Congressional seat G'bye next year because of it!

I noticed a change in the last couple of years. I didn’t know about Milz and Ryerson. It’s an NBC station and NBC has pretty much admitted they’re going left. It’s a shame as I used to actually like the WTHR newscast but they just started pushing the liberal stuff so much in the last couple of years that we just stopped watching. Stopped the Star subscription also.

SandRat - Great Satire - still laughing, backspacin’ and retypin’ !! Does Scrappleface know he has competition? Hmm?

Tcrlaf - the ‘storm’ starts with the morning edition of the Star, beaten to the punch as usual by Abdul in the Morning on WXNT Talk Radio 1430.
Julia’s ‘grooming’ grandson Andre Carson (Nation of Islam) for her Congressional seat - you know, the guy who was ‘appointed’ by the Soros City-Council in Indy to take over Patrice Abdullah’s seat when Abdul ‘outed’ him as not living in the council district he was elected to even after his vote was counted to raise our taxes... ?
There are a lot of racial “Issues” (historical, legal, inside joke) here, and many of us are not going to put-up with this B***s*** anymore and they can’t I.D. people who don’t show up at their Pea-Shake houses anyway(hee-hee).

JinneyJinney - WHOO HOO !

Watsonfellow - Wishing won’t make her so and sane people will vote to make sure she doesn’t happen.
“Courage”, young man, “Courage”.

Congratulations, Indy!

The only thing I can figure is that Peterson was such a shoe in that the Dems didn't crank out the fraud machine in time.

Bart “Big Tax Rat” Peterson, defeated along with his city council.

Big grass roots effort here. Greg Ballard didn’t have much in the way of funds.

A lesson learned for the national elections.

A marine mayor who owes no one anything. It gives me hope. :^)

When I went to the polls, voting was light. I think the RAT voters all figured Bart was an easy win, no need to vote.

I hope Ballard can get this crime problem under control.

I was really fed up with the Dem control of this city.

Ballard says he is going to “cut the pork” Hooray!

Yeah, Peterson was such a shoe-in that they didn’t crank up the fraud machine. Also, as my hobbit lass pointed out, the orcs from Indy are moving here.

The next “job to do” is get rid of “mash tater mouth” lazy Julia Carson. She takes her paycheck and benefits off the taxpayers and never shows up. Reason why? Because she is stupid and ignorant. He handlers were handing out free weenies last election to get people to vote.

She really should be recalled for defrauding the taxpayers.

I doubt that anything short of whale oil and a crowbar will remove Julia Carson from her district.

One thing that's nice about this is that the Indpls Star backed Peterson with all sorts of bluster about leading Indy into the future, conveniently leaving out the disasterous property tax fiasco. Anything that makes the liberal rag, The Star, look bad is OK by me.

” Dems are freaking out that they could lose all 4 Congressional seats they won last year in Pennsylvania. Patrick Murphy is toast.”

First, Republicans have to find viable candidates to run. And as far as I can tell, they haven’t done that in eastern Pennsylvania.

But I would imagine most people there don’t know all that about the popular Ms. Carson. People just don’t understand.

The Monday poll said that HRC led all Republican contenders with more than 50 percent in each case.

Its not that they don’t understand, it is that they don’t care.

They will vote for her because she is a Democrat and she is black.

It will be up to a Pubbie that runs against her to point out her miserable record. It might also be wise for that person to make sure they buy all the hot dogs in the surrounding vicinity.

This article in todays Indy star about Ballard:

http://www.indystar.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20071108/LOCAL190501/311080002

Two days ago there was an article in the Columbus Republic about Julia Carson. She is home from the hospital and doing therapy at home. They asked her again if she would run in the next election and she said she didn’t know. I believe it was the first time that she said that.

I can’t post a link to the Republic article because it isn’t on the website today.

There was an article in the Columbus Republic on Tuesday this week where they asked Carson if she would run again, and she said she wasn’t sure. She has not said that before.

She may be too sick to run again.
