Today was The Missus’s Birthday, and we went to have lunch at the Claudia Sanders Dinner House.
Claudia was the wife of Colonel Harlan Sanders, of Kentucky Fried Chicken fame. In addition to the food franchise, they also looked for and used country recipes from all over the South.
The ambience was nice, the food superb, and the photos and paintings in their gallery made for a good after-meal stroll.
