The University of Delaware has suspended a program that had recently come under fire for being nothing more than an indoctrination program. The program required residence hall students to acknowledge "all whites were racist." According to Greg Lukianoff, president of the Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE), the program has been in place four years, but since University President Patrick Harker joined the university, the program has really increased the intensity.

You've hit on it exactly! That's is what the crypto-communist Left in America is trying to instigate. Ever see or hear or read any condemnation from Left over Mao's "Cultural Revolution" that murdered millions and set back the China's development by fifty years? I haven't.
Actually who wrote the manual did a big favor. U of Del might have gotten away with it had they not put so much down on paper. Also those personally concerned better check to see that the PROGRAM not just the MANUAL is changed.
Gramsci theorized that to implement a new culture (Socialism) one has to first destroy the existing culture, and one way to accomplish that is to make people lose confidence in and respect for the existing one.
It amazes me how people simply refuse to see the totalitarian impulses of the modern American left.
