Did anyone ever really believe the Dems would vote for a Bush nominee? If so, then they must be very gullible.

So they will not let us have an attorney general unless he dismantles the war on terror.

He’s a good friend of Schumer. This should be a Kodak moment.

Two weeks ago:

Oct. 16, 2007 - WASHINGTON - Attorney General-designate Michael Mukasey is headed for swift approval with scant objections, the powerful Democrat who will chair his confirmation hearings said Tuesday.

"I would expect him to be confirmed," Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., told reporters after meeting with the former federal judge.

"I like Judge Mukasey," Leahy added. "I want him to succeed."

If the Democrats want waterboarding to be illegal, then they ought to pass a law to make it illegal.

Leahy and the rest of the dems should be sued if and when Al Qaeda bombs us again. They’ve undermined the troops at every turn and done their level best to leave the country naked and defenseless.
