Fascinating to watch this unfold online. I don’t even have a gut feeling to get me started on this one! But one thing seems clear- IF the Hillary rumor is true- it will change the entire campaign on all sides. As crazy as some libs are- I simply can’t imagaine the Dems nominating her ..
I just wonder if this is something that is being dangled out there by her campaign to see if Republicans bite so it can be proven false, then make us look like utter fools, and fixated on sex, just as liberals think we always are.
For what it is worth, a friend of mine who was connected to Democratic politics in the Midwest told me about Hillary Clinton’s “female companion” at last five years ago (maybe longer), and said the relationship was common knowledge in her inner circle.
Last I heard, she was not in favor of same-sex marriage. So, will the left “out” her, as they have other “homophobic hypocrites?” Of course not. the only hypocrisy here is that they only go after Republicans, not Democrats.

Or maybe the Clinton campaign is floating this rumor to smoke out GOP and other Dem candidates who may have some skeletons in their closets. The Clinton campaign may not have any information on such an alleged affair, but it does intimidate those who may have something to hide. And given the fact that her husband has a long history of such behavior, it tends to intimidate those who may wish to raise his transgressions.
They can just make something up. It's the seriousness of the accusation that counts these days.

It very well may be at the appropriate time ... it will serve to answer a lot of questions. Hillary tolerating Bill and his many affairs, why Bubba was having them in the first place (although he would anyway), etc., etc..
LOL. Right. I seriously doubt that this has anything to do with Clinton. I suspect they may have something on one of the GOP candidates and are just waiting for the best time to use it, i.e., if the person in question gets the nomination. It reminds me of the DWI charge against Bush and the charges of “groping” by Arnold just before the elections. I can’t imagine the MSM doing anything to protect a Rep.

Doug, I was listening to Laura Ingraham and got distracted for a minute. Was that you I heard Laura talking with? I caught that she would link it up on her site.
We should let the libs in the MSM do what they will on this one. I’m not sure we conservatives should be in the business of “outing” anyone. It is unseemly and dignified.
That being said, if this does hit the MSM, Hillary is toast as a candidate. When the voters start to consider the implications of First Husband Bill sharing the White House with Hillary’s “female friend,” they will be turned off big time. Furthermore, all those normal women who were supposedly going to vote for Hillary as their “champion” — they will be less inclined to see her as “one of them” after the story comes out.
Still, there will be some libs who delude themselves into thinking that the story will not sink her candidacy.

If a scandal ever rears its ugly head about Hillary, her people will flood the airwaves before the release of the info to tell us that the behavior in question is no big deal.
