FR was mentioned.
This morning, I'm starting to get a lot of "502" errors here.
If I find the link from yesterday I'll post it below.
Anyone else having this problem?

We are best to not refer to these csuckers as Jihadis. Calling someone a jihadi in muslim land is like calling them hero. Call them subversive assholes who need to be hunted down and terminated.

Syntax sounds more Asian to me than jihadist, what say you? Although, if the internet jihadists want to get their 72 raisins from cyber attacking America, what better site to mess with than eBay? Anyway, spent a half hour with eBay customer support straightening it out.
Then, one of my software programs tried to do a scheduled automatic update and hung up my computer. Called customer support, and they said their servers were overloaded...try again later. Hmmm...m'kay.
Then I log into FR and get all the proxy errors, which, thanks to JohnRob's response, we know is apparently NOT due to a DOS attack.
Maybe I should just log out and go take a shower.

Has anyone received spam emails on their FR account’s email system during this period. I got something from a Russian server for Viagra just now. NOBODY emails me from that account.
That’s what I get for using online translators, LOL!
I figured it probably wasn’t very accurate, since translators usually aren’t, but I don’t know enough Arabic to right the phrase without using one.

Maybe this slowdown at Free Republic is being engineered by Her Thighness, using her pet poodle on a short leash, aka David “I’m a liar so believe me” Brock. The hordes of bloggers on her payroll could easily organize a concerted attack. Especially now that Her Thighness bombed at the latest debate.
