Jeanne Shaheen and U.S. Rep. Carol Shea-Porter, two women declaring themselves ready to lead the country to continued Democratic victory...She had originally planned to spend Sunday with her daughter. Instead, Shaheen's husband, Bill, was driving their daughter back to the airport so she could return to her home in the fire-ravaged region of California.

"These wildfires are a direct result of this administration's failure to do something about global warming," Shaheen said with passion and to applause as the microphone cut out on her.

Brilliant - Jeanne Shaheen, former governor and candidate for US Senate from New Hampshire thinks that the wildfires in California are a "direct result" of the global warming that some people think needs to be prevented. So the weather 50 years from now caused the fires last week. Yep, that's brilliant thinking. What a fool she is.
