'It was a breach of my human rights and I want compensation.' A breach of your human rights would have been to cut your useless head off with a dull knife.

He claimed that some inmates were so hungry they ended up eating the sandwiches. Sounds kind of dubious. I remember when I was little I didn't like the pickles that McDonald's put on their burgers, so I just picked them out before stuffing down the burger. I guess removing the offending meat wasn't an option here? Might not leave you with much of a sandwich, but at least you'd adhered to one of the edicts of your religion.

They could have practised fasting for two days. Heck, I’d love to see them fast for a month.

“One Muslim inmate, a 28-year-old who was serving a 16-week sentence for driving whilst disqualified, said: ‘When I opened my meal that night I found I’d been given a ham sandwich. I’d asked for cheese.
‘It was a breach of my human rights and I want compensation.’ “
Right out of the Al Queda training handbook. Al Queda operatives are taught to lie about their treatment, claim torture, and demand “human rights” that they would never give to a non-muslim. It is all part of their program. Anyone would publish an article such as this, and not mention that fact, shows which side they are on.

The government could just let their families feed them, further reducing the burden on the taxpayer...
Ultimately you just have to say “Tough Sh!t, Hajji!” If a Westerner breaks the law in the Middle East, they don’t get special treatment. Why bother to reciprocate?

Liberalism has really hit them hard when you consider the fact that the inmates want to run the jail and set out all the terms, conditions, and now, accommodations. Next they'll be requiring room service for some special newly-invented ritual.
If you don't like conditions in the slammer, wouldn't it make more sense to stop doing things that can get you sent there?
The biggest problem with common sense is that it is not common enough.

Since when are these decapitatbog cube worshipers considered human, or are they just too damn stupid to figure out how to take the ham out of 2 slices of bread?
