Is there a specific date FreeRepublicans celebrate FR's birth? Or is there a day it ought to be celebrated (besides every day)?

The site was officially stared on Sept 23, 1996. The Nov 1997 date is the date we implemented the registration system.Well, I guess that puts an end to this thread. Thanks!

I used to have another Freepin’ name. I wonder if Jim has the capacity to go back to see when old names were used. (I got a divorce, and was using that old name.)

I was looking for black republicans, besides Alan Keyes, I already knew about him from the 2000 elections. With all the media b.s. who knew that not all blacks would follow the donks off a cliff.

I’m sort of new to FR. Well, not really. I’m just too doggone busy all the time with work at the hospital and family (married, 3 kids, ages 7, 5, 2) to get online every day.
That’s my excuse for not knowing the history of FR. So could someone please enlighten me. Please don’t forget all the important milestones. What exactly did Buckwheat do? I sort know, but not in great details.

Nov 28, 1997 is JimRobs signup date. I suppose you couldnt sign up any earlier than that...
I long for the day when Jim Robinson's "since 11-28-97" pop-up tag changes to "Rudy will never be POTUS, WTF were you pansy-asses thinking?"
Maybe? Someday? There's got to be a way to do that. :O)

I know for a fact I was posting in July, 1997 (regardless of my "date"). I know because that's when I moved to Barnardsville NC, and as soon as I hooked up my computer, I ran the list of articles posted.
But, hell, nobody believes me.

He could use it as a tagline!
Old Tagline:
We should withdraw from Iraq via Tehran. And Duncan Hunter is just the man to get that job done.
