GOP Moves to Censure Stark
MSNBC ^ | October 23, 2007 | Mike Viqueira

House Republican leader John Boehner just stood up on the House floor to put forward a motion to censure Rep. Pete Stark (D) over the congressman's "heads blown off for the president's amusement" remark on the House floor last week.

Democrats will move to table -- or kill -- the motion. They will likely succeed. A vote is being taken on the tabling motion now.

Rep. Stark is a traitor and his language suggests he supports Al-Qaeda.

Wow, the Demon-rats squashing a motion to censure one of their own for a cretinous anti-American remark.

In other news of the obvious, Peyton Manning threw a touchdown pass in last night’s game.

The GOP couldn’t muster much moxie when they were in the majority.

Yeah, they try to censure a private citizen (Rush), for a false unpatriotic remark and block a motion to vote on censuring a congressman for a heinous statement against the President of the United States during wartime.

Keep it up guys, keep it up.

Any chance that Stark could be defeated in 2008? Are there viable Republican challengers to this traitor?

Censure is one thing, defeat at the polls is another.

And what effect will that have? It’ll be an arrow in his quiver.

Big Deal! He’ll wear that as a badge of honor! He’s a traitorous rat! After yesterday’s ceremony to honor a hero Michael Murphy the dems look even more traitorous.

The secret to defeating the left is to get (and keep) it in front of the public when they let their agenda slip out.

Usually, they’re hiding their true secular socialist agenda behind “for the children” or “for the [insert victim group here]”.

Whenever someone slips, like Stark, or Hillary with her “thousands of programs we can’t afford” - it needs to be trumpeted by whatever means necessary, because the MSM won’t.

Probably something like: “I’m sorry you misunderstood me”. They’re good at that.
