If the folks indicted were just employees of a large city, I wouldn't blame Rudi, but these are some of his closest friends and allies:

Calcowgirl put together this list earlier this summer and I just now found it. I apologize for not getting back to you earlier.

Most of that stuff is hardly to the level of major indictments. In fact most of it is small potatoes. A city agency buying vehicles, spending a few grand on a party, egads this merits nothing short of a Fitzmas investigation. Not.

Bernie Kerik is really the only big fish and that’s because he was padding his wages with shady ties to organized crime. Ironic considering how much work Rudy did to bringing them down in his career and taking their profits out of a major industry: the Fulton Fish Market among others.

Kerik is a problem that would no doubt be used by Hillary in a second. But it’s not like he was doing anyone any favors. He was doing things quietly for his own greed. And oddly, he was getting those benefits from people Rudy spent a lot of effort bringing down.

Shut up with your screaming all in caps typing.

And only an idiot repeats the lame lie that Iraqi children died due to the US.
They died due to the policies, part and parcel of Saddam.

And he went right on building his grandiose palaces. He didn’t care two whits about Iraqi deaths, children or otherwise.

Thank you for the links. I watched the debate but couldn’t remember what you looked like. Now I can put the face to your name. You did really well BTW.

Folks, the latest Zogby poll of over 9,000 likely voters has 50% of them saying there is no way they would vote for hillary. Pretty interesting poll. I can’t give you a link. I got it from Newsmax via e-mail.

Well Stated. This AZ. family is all for Hunter. We’re fed up with voting for the “ Lesser of two evils”. Go Hunter Go.

I am 100% for Duncan Hunter. Why isn’t he being recognized by so-called “true consevatives” as the man of the hour?

And why does it have to be that we look for “electable charisma” over record and character?

We are so into “images” rather than real character and records in public service that speak for themselves.

Have we been so Clintonized that we look for image and charisma over steadfastness and strength of character?

Hunter has proved himself worthy by his record and his positions.

Thanks for that. Very good group. Loved the hatred for Hillary. You did excellent in speaking up. The guy in the suit--don't know if he reminded me of Ron Silver or Al Pacino--the voice mainly. Was the Ron Paul supporter the young guy up front in the green shirt? He didn't say a word :) Thanks for the link to that.

The parts I've seen of the debate, it seems like it was a good one. The candidates were good--the crowd was fired up. I know a lot of people have various problems with all the candidates, but any of them are preferable to Hillary to me. I hope she really fires up the Republicans--of course we can't just beat her. We've got to overcome all the cheating that will go on too.

Yes the guy in the green shirt was the Ron Paul supporter. Notice he never raises his hand for either decision when asked if he has decided at all both times.

And yes he sounded exactly like Ron Silver and had a major touch of Pacino in him....that man was intelligent until he said Rudy was the best man to beat Hillary....;(

LOL...is it the new catch phrase now? They sure do have a lot of time on their hands don’t they? You would swear judging by all of the hateful remarks I was some kind of liberal.

We did learn that Thompson is against tort reform.

That's not exactly true.

Thompson's complete view is NOT against tort reform, but against Federally-driven tort reform. Incredible as it may seem that a Republican candidate actually shares our Founders' view, Fred would rather that the States deal with the issue individually. This is real Federalism, and I, for one, am happy to hear it being promoted by one of Thompson's stature.

IMAGINE, a Republican who really DOESN'T want the FedGov to control everything! That's GOTTA make for some serious butt pucker over at RNC HQ.

No, actually he didn’t. Watch the videos closely again. He never raised his hands for him again. If he was really for Paul he would have raised his hand at the end of it all and spoke up in front of the world.

I donated to Tancredo. I am smart enough to know he does not stand a chance at 1% in the polls. He will serve us better working in a cabinet position in the next administration. Attorney General would be nice.

Is it a shock that Ron Paulie’s are calling people who are supposedly in their own party...NAZIS? This proves my point that the Ron Paul campaign is being bankrolled and pushed by code pink, daily kos’ers, moveon.org’ers, and any other anti-war groups that can keep his voice in the campaign.
