Considering the scouts built the building in the first place, and donated it to the city in exchange for this “in perpetuity” arrangement, I think they have a good chance in court to win against the city reneging on the agreement, which was made before any law or city policy stating they can’t make agreements with discriminating organizations.

In a sane court anyway...

Otherwise, the scouts should just blow it up upon leaving rather than allow that faggy city to screw them out of their own building.

I doubt many people knew the scouts donated that building. I sure didn’t.

If the city reneged on the rent, the scouts should renege on the bldg donation to the city.

My comment is meant to be sarcastic, as it would send the wrong message to the scouts.

A deal made in good faith should be honored, something these elected officials either never learned or are ignoring.

I did read some place yesterday that the Scouts actually gave the building to the city, but the MSM stories all leave out that tid-bit. I wonder why?
