My comment is meant to be sarcastic, as it would send the wrong message to the scouts.
A deal made in good faith should be honored, something these elected officials either never learned or are ignoring.
It’s difficult when one group, dedicated to honor and positive American values, trys to make deals with another group that has no honor nor values.
