How long is this treason going to continue?

Reid, aids our enemy by declaring victory for the terrorist (remember, we lost the war?)

Peloser has Turkey so POed at us they are threatening to throw our Air Base out of their Country. A Air Base that delivers the lions share of goods to Iraq.

Murtha looks like he wants to charge the Marine Corp with murder.

I have seen the NY Times try to degrade a General.

I have heard Demoratic Congressman call the war in Iraq illegal.

I have seen the commie liberals remove God from public view. We have God given rights, not man given rights. Just remember that forever.

The 2nd Amendment has been tread on and tread on, when there shouldn't even be a dang debate about it.

Just tell me when open season on traitors begins. Does anybody know the date? I want to go scout out a good place to set up a Commie lick.

A good quote comes to mind here...

“Are there any brave men left in Washington, or are they all cowards?” —Ahmad Shah Massoud

And the guy’s an AFGHAN!

It’s very simple, really. A defeat in this theater can be hung around the neck of George Bush and any most every other GOP-er.

More basic than that: if we win, the left's treason will become undeniable.

It's true that the Democrats hope to hang a loss on George W.'s head, but that's just gravy. What's important is being able to convince people that the war would have been lost no matter what they did, and that getting us out of their sooner was good for the U.S. If we win, that argument gets blasted to pieces.

If things go south, it could be November 4, 2008

We had some Iraq vets come speak to us at a College Republicans meeting...one of them said "I swear I've seen more Jack Murtha coverage on al-Jazeera than anywhere else in my life!"

Since the left has done so much to make it more difficult to win this war, then they will be unable to revel in any type of victory.

I disagree. I think the Rush Limbaugh incident with the Democratic Senatorial letter being sold on eBay is an example of how the left will take credit for any victory. It doesn't matter what the facts are. Truth doesn't matter. What matters is what they want the American public to 'perceive'. Whatever happens, whatever the outcome, they will take credit for it.

That’s one thing Americans don’t understand, most of them anyway. Foreign news orgs get a LOT of mileage out of anything that our politicians say that is helpful to their cause. I used to listen to a lot of shortwave before the rise of the internet, and Cuba in particular, used idiotic comments such as Sen. Reids as *propaganda*.

That “Special Forces Army Ranger” Jesse guy was plastered all over the Arab world news, you can bet on that. I know it sounds harsh, but in any sane world he would have been shot, because of the damage he has caused, and to serve as a lesson to others who might contemplate activities like that.

The corollary is “The friend of my enemy, is my enemy”

Dingy Harry and Princess Nancy et al are in fact our enemy.

“It’s very simple, really.”

Is it? What makes you think the GOP is being any less political in Iraq?

The Democrats are taking advantage of the fact that GWB, and the GOP have been unable to define victory in a meaningful way on Iraq.

The first rule of avoiding defeat is define what victory is. GWB laid out non-military goals that are not achievable as being the definition of victory. We are not pursuing military victory in Iraq, in case you haven’t noticed.

So, unable to define real “victory” the GOP allows the Dems to define it as an absence of “defeat” which is defined as a pullout from Iraq before the GOP and GWB can figure out and sell another alternate definition of “victory”.

“Just tell me when open season on traitors begins.”

Ok, Johnny Rambo, what is “treason” in the context of Iraq?

what is “patriotism” in the context of Iraq?

the President will take out Iran before leaving office

He needs to, for our sake and the world's. His successor almost surely won't have the courage. Although it seems to take tremendous courage for a politician to stand up against the Democrats and the MSM than our actual enemies any more.

“Well, then doesn’t this really distill to the stupidity of the avg American voter? “

I look at it this way: the GOP mistakes the stupidity of the Democrats as their own intellect.

The GOP utterly fails to grasp the possibility that they are just as stupid as the Democrats.

What’s an American voter to do when they’ve got to vote for one of two stupid parties? They are bound to look stupid....

“OTOH, isn’t this why gridlock was invented?”

There is genius in this concept, thankfully!

“Cutting Iran’s oil money, weapons and most of all, possible nukes will orphan all the terrorist organizations in the ME”

As long as Saudi Arabia exists, the terrorists with want for nothing.

Absolutely. One of the reasons we lost the '06 election is not confronting the enemy within, the MSM and DUmbos, head on. The Administration let the Helens and Gregorys editorialize for minutes before asking their questions.

The next President, a weak Republican or Hitlery, God forbid, will back-peddle on Iran and always have the excuse "it's Bush's fault" until it's too late.

I have a feeling that a lot of Iranian/Nork nuke material, at different stages of development, has been taken out by the Israeli air strike in Syria. It's the material and the equipment outsourced to Syria since Iran and Nork were watched very closely. IOW, the Norks were cheating again, which was not surprising.

As long as Saudi Arabia exists

With no Iran, Saudi Arabia will be exposed as the sole financier of terrorism. I don't think the Saudis like to be held responsible for wiping out an American city. They will have no wiggle room or deniability.

“No wonder, the libs are fighting for their survival by trying to aggravate international problems for the US and acting like the traitors they are”.

I totally agree with your post, but if there is no penalty for treason anymore, and if there is not a public outcry of a definition of treason and application of that definition, then they get away with it every time.

Treason: lending aid and comfort to your enemy:

Reid - war is lost - take comfort away from us and gives comfort to our enemy.

Peloser - POs Turkey so they threaten to remove an Air Base that brings about 70% of the supplies ot Iraq. This would hurt our effort and aid our enemy.

Murtha - Has hurt the moral of our Troops and helped aid our enemy by strengthening their moral and resolve.

Congressmen calling the war immoral. Folks voted for this war before we went. We will have time to debate it when it is over. During the course of the battles, lets all show our enemy, our Troops, and our new friends in Iraq and Afghanistan some resolve. Resolve wins wars.

One more thing to remember, we lost around 290,000 Troops in four years of WWII. We lost around 3,500 in four years of Iraq. We have the most advanced and best military in the world and I am supposed to believe we lost the war. It is time to give up? What do you call this kind of rhetoric? Granted, in may or may not be treason, but it is sedition at best. It could be to incite resistance against the war.

As far as trampling on the Constitution:

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof;

Only Congress has the power to establish a religion and they are restricted from doing so. A prayer in school does not establish a religion, and a manger scene on public property does not establish a religion. People saying the Lord Jesus Christ's name does not establish a religion. Congress passing a law that says we all have to go to the Glory Bound Baptist Church every Sunday establishes a religion.

Now, Congress is also forbidden from prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Hence, the law of the land says you can not tell me that I can not put a manger scene or the Ten Commandments up. You can not tell me I can not pray. You can not tell me I can not say the Lord's name.

Socialist/Communist wish to remove God from public view so you and I will begin to forget about God. Why do they want you to forget about God? Well, I am an American. I pray to my God and we handle my problems. I do not pray to my Government. Once people have forgotten how to pray to their God for help, they will begin to pray to the Government for help. From the cradle to the grave.

It is imperative that we keep God in public view.

As far as Gun control and the 2nd Amendment: The commies in Russia said one of the reason they did not want to take America was because they knew we all had guns and they would play hell. Remove the people right to protect themselves and their country? I call it treason. Yo ucall it what you want.

You just keep sitting around hoping it will go away. Just keep hoping it wont get worst. That will work great.

BTW: I would be more like the Outlaw Josey Wales then I would be like Rambo. You gunna pull those pistols or are we going to whistle Dixie?
