Constitutional change would fix 'Mom,' 'Dad' ban
WorldnetDaily.com ^ | October 19, 2007

A California pro-family organization has concluded the only way to overturn the radical pro-homosexual indoctrination agenda imposed on public schools when Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger signed SB 777 – which could end up banning "Mom and Dad" references in schools – is through a state constitutional amendment.

"A detailed, well-crafted constitutional amendment would wipe out SB 777 and prevent it from ever coming back again, no matter what the politicians or judges desired," said an analysis by Randy Thomasson, president of Campaign for Children and Families.

He also warned it would be best if parents would simply withdraw their children from public schools. "When you can no longer protect your children, you must remove them from a threatening environment," he said. "Because the equivalent of mental molestation is coming to California public schools, CCF is recommending that California parents who love their children flee to home schools or church-operated private schools."

The legislative plan sponsored by state Sen. Sheila Kuehl, a Democrat who has brought forward similar proposals for several years, also could be overridden with a referendum, as has been proposed by Capitol Resource Institute, he noted, but anything won there would be a temporary victory.

"While the voters could reject and stop SB 777, a successful ballot referendum is a one-time deal. It only stops SB 777, but doesn't stop one or more school sexual indoctrination bills from coming back under a different bill number. Despite good intentions, a referendum – 'the power of the electors to approve or reject statutes' – simply does not prohibit the California Legislature from passing the same school sexual indoctrination bill next year, the year after, or whenever," he said.

even without SB 777, illegal immigration is also ruining the public schools. Many teachers ive had in high school ten years ago are retiring early 2-3 years because they cant handle the latest generation of students. Its not just the GLBT issue, its the general culture.

How is it going to be enforced and what’s the punishment for talking about it?

Is ALL of California insane?

Just like any other state, our government is much more liberal than our people. Don't judge us all by the current governor. We also gave you Ronald Reagan. What we are is a template of what will happen to the rest of the country if the Supreme Court is packed with activist judges, as ours is. Voters here have no recourse when our will is violated. Also take note what happens to a "moderate" Republican leader when presented with a socially liberal agenda. They cave.

Some of us out here are losing sleep over how we’re going to make the college part happen.

Good Heavens, no need for that! There are so many colleges that go out of their way to accept homeschooled students these days. Just keep good records of work and grades, and keep everything they do. There are two very easy ways to get your kid into college. The first is to enroll in a Charter school for High School. They are public schools but without the baggage. They keep all the records/grades and you actually get a diploma. The second is to send them to Community College to get an AA before transferring. It's cheaper. They can test in without a diploma or GED, and they can start at any age (since most homeschoolers finish early). Then they transfer to a four-year as a junior and nobody looks at their high school transcripts. We homeschooled three of ours and two of them got into college at 17 without transcripts. No worries! Just make sure they have some extra curricular stuff to write down, sports, clubs, volunteer work, a job, etc.

No, just the legislature. Turns out that that's enough, though.

Thank you so much for your reply! I had a vague idea in my mind, using our local CC. Mine are 5th and 3rd grades, currently. I’m actually on the right track!? Knock me over with a feather!

One does grow weary of having to constantly fight defensive actions. But, there really is no option but to shoulder the burden and soldier on.

When our daughter was 15, she started attending classes at the local community college. She started with one course. Over the next three years she acquired an AA degree in English. Given her grades in community college she was automatically accepted at UCSC as a Junior. No tests (SAT, etc) or other application complications were needed. She then graduated in three years with a BS in Linguistics.

I forget the details but as I recall, transfer from a California Junior College to one of the University of California schools is automatic. There were really no special requirements for her enrollment in Junior College.

If I can be of further assistance, send me a FRmail message.

Moses wrote Genesis. This is why such people will jump up and down screaming when the Ten Commandments are displayed or the Creationist idea of monogamy from the book of Genesis is introduced.

The latter (Genesis) also ruins the illogical and non-biological arguments of homosexual monogamy. In a secular sense, homosexuality is an idolatry of perversion.

It is in no way an anatomical function of the human organism, but a phantasmagoric creation from within the mentally disturbed human mind, a social psychosis, naked and on full exhibitionist display.

This is the whole crux (pun intended) of their attack on creationism - - they are really frustrated by Genesis, but cannot destroy the axiomatic state of procreant human biology, it does not fit their religious agenda.

Homosexual monogamy advocates seek ceremonious sanctification of their anatomical perversions and esoteric absolution for their guilt-ridden, impoverished egos.

Neither of those will satisfy their universal dissatisfaction with mortality or connect them to something eternal. With pantheons of fantasies as their medium of infinitization, they still have nothing in them of reality, any more than there is in the things that seem to stand before us in a dream.

Homosexual deviancy is really a pagan practice (and a self-induced social psychosis) at war with the Judaic culture over what is written in the book of Genesis (1:27, 2:18). This is exactly what the National Socialists were at war with... so, when someone uses the term "Gaystapo," they might not realize how close to the truth they really are, especially if you consider the NAZI eugenic breeding programs.

Many will seek ceremonious sanctification and esoteric absolution in some type of marriage rite, but that still fails to give them a connection to the eternal in both a religious and temporal, procreant sense - - the union does not produce offspring. Dissatisfaction with inevitable mortality only feeds the impoverishment of the ego further. Homosexuals really hate human life; their whole desire is rooted in the destruction of it...

Abortion is akin to slavery... life to be bought and sold... Contemplate the religious fervor associated with the pro-abortion advocacy. The societal practice of abortion is ritual mass murder upon the altars of conceit dedicated to idolatrous vanities, a collective human sacrifice before pagan idols. It has a similitude to the Teutonic paganism of Adolph Hitler (whose idolatry was the idea of a "master race," among other things). In effect, these genocides are a mass human sacrifice to those pagan idols. The abortionists, like the National Socialists, incinerate the remains of their victims.

Aleister Crowley, who openly supported the National Socialists, was affiliated with Ordo Templi Orientis, Golden Dawn, A.A. (Order of the Silver Star) and other such occult lodges all across Germany. Crowley engaged in all manner of deviancy, homoeroticism, sadomasochism and murder. Much of the occultism in National Socialism is derived directly from there.

Crowley envisioned himself as the Great Beast (Το Μεγα Θηριον), just as der Fuhrer made himself in that image. Hitler's life as a struggling, inept artist was where that association blossomed. Crowley's creed, "Do what thou wilt, shall be the whole of the Law," (which is actually from Francois Rabelais) and used by Neo-Pagan nutcases without attribution for obvious politically correct reasons, is with certainty no different than the National Socialist "will to power," or their ubermensch mentality.

It is also no accident Nietzsche's "over-man" and nihilist philosophy and resulting insanity from venereal disease closely mirrors the insanity of der Fuhrer. These occult orders, sex and drug cults still survive today, as do the Neo-pagan, Neo-Nazi groups, black supremacist Rastafarian potheads, prison gangs and other related filth. Crowley occultism is also from where L. Ron Hubbard emerges with Scientology. Note the NAZI symbolism of that kooky cult of weirdoes and their deviant adherents.

Hollywood Cultural Marxists love Scientology. Ah, Hollywood is the fountain of fantastical images, perverts and hypocrisies! It is by no accident the Cultural Marxists of Hollywood are flaming haters of America, Israel and Christendom, and who also advocate the most bizarre and psychotic. Germany cracked down hard on the Scientologists for that reason and because they are using similar mind control techniques as the NAZIs...

777 and other Qabalistic writings of Aleister Crowley is a collection of papers written by Aleister Crowley. It was edited and introduced by Dr. Israel Regardie, and is a reference book based on the Hermetic Qabalah.

The first appearance of 777 was published anonymously in 1909 after Crowley had wrote it from memory in just week. A introduction to one edition by "Frater N.'." states that Crowley may have published it anonymously because it was taken from a Hermetic Order of the Golden Dawn manuscript that was obligatory for initiates to memorize. The original introduction by Crowley was seen as antisemitic, containing lies and insults against the Jews. Israel Regardie cut it from his edition.

This bill is certainly strong evidence that the California legislature is allowing occultic numerology to control their operations. I wonder who made the choice.

I hardly bother responding at FR anymore. I'm bored by the déjà vu attributes of the site. Hardly an outrage posted hasn't had countless predecessors. FR mostly has become the chronicler to America's decline, not a place where reformers can meet prior to planning counter-offensives. The stories will mostly be forgotten tomorrow. Only to be repeated.

LRM: The politicians are growing ever more fearless of the will of the people.

Yes, the current generation of hacks have never felt the slightest bit threatened by the masses of people. We've let them grow a sense of "ruling the people" rather than keep the more humble "serving the public" sensibility.

And the reason is that most of us are too comfortable. Enough so that we feel more threatened when we speak out than when we remain silent.

LRM: Its amazing what the collectivist left has been able to accomplish against the masses of disorganized individuals in spite of all the constitutional protections on a piece of paper.

The biggest reason we are disorganized is that our rulers incite us and then use our fear of each other against us. Never forget the insightful words of De Tocqueville, and struggle to find ways to defeat it.

And now, since nobody gives a damn anyway, I'll retire again. Good luck.
