I am not the one suggesting that a bill was given a number to align it with the A. Crowley and one of his obsure works. You found it to be strong evidence of a cabal of Satanists controlling the administrative functions of the California legislature.

I believe the rules are different state to state.
Here in California the school system has programs that aid parents (as in sets up basic curriculum, not financial) that want to home school.

It’s already in MA. The Lexington, MA school system felt that it was no problem to read “The Prince marries the Prince” to 2nd graders without parental approval. Several parents filed suit to opt out and they lost. Only in the Bluest of the States.
