As far as i’m concerned the whole top tier of pandering pansies could drop out and we might actually stand a chance of keeping the white house.

Close your eyes and picture Hillary on a stage, telling her umpteenth lie.

Now, picture Duncan Hunter looking at her as though he sees right through her transparent, vacant soul.

Who do you think Mom and Pop are gonna wanna pull a lever for?

Someone who can win.

They told us that about Arnold. He brought us increased spending, more pro-gay legislation in schools, more debt, more regulation, and more corruption.

Your ilk said the same thing about George Bush too. Look at what he's done to the Republican Party.

Your ilk said Ronald Reagan was "unelectable." Look at what he did for the Republican Party.

No more globalists; no more RINOs.

-—”Huckabee is unlikely to drop while he’s polling above 5% nationally and showing up well in Iowa.”-—

Agreed, Huckabee scares me. The Mitt/Fred splitting of Conservative votes is bad enough - but Huckabee might just be bullheaded enough to be the Waterloo for Conservative chances in 2008.

HE ain;t going to get a single Fiscal Conservative vote, which means he only serves one purpose: bleeding the votes of anyone more Conservative than Rudy911.

If Paul goes third party he can take his Leftist Deaniacs with him .
I actually think Paul will hurt the Dims more than the Repubs in a third party venture , although he might see much of his support vanish once it becomes evident that the Leftists can’t meddle in the Republican primary anymore .

Not a bad Senator, and better than anything the Dems put forth this cycle. Maybe, if he runs for Governor in KS and wins, he could try again later.

What a proud tent that will be. Joining forces with one who shredded our POWs documentation to get the embargo tossed out on Vietnamt to invest in Lippo.

Oh wait, they have worked together before!

Hill will get an automatic 45% of the gimme vote.

More than 20% of regular voters won’t vote for McCain or Thompson who fought to silence conservatives through Campaign Finance Reform.

You are betting we’ll come running, but we’re tired of betrayal.

Go, Duncan Hunter!

To think the same dopes who call Hunter a “protectionist” have put their support behind pro-amnesty, open-border, MFN Commie-loving RINOs like Rooty, Mitt or one of these clowns:

Fred Thompson:

Voted NO on killing a bill for trade sanctions if China sells weapons.

Voted YES on granting normal trade relations status to Vietnam.

Voted YES on permanent normal trade relations with China.

John McCain :

Voted YES to give permanent Normal Trade Relations status to China.

Voted to kill an amendment that would require sanctions against China or other countries if they were found to be selling illicit weapons of mass destruction.

Support the One-China policy, don’t weaken it.

Inaction on spying led to Chinese nuclear improvement.

Voted YES on ending Vietnam embargo.

Admit China to WTO based on their concessions.

Voted YES on granting normal trade relations status to Vietnam.

Sam Brownback :

Voted YES on killing a bill for trade sanctions if China sells weapons.

Voted YES on granting normal trade relations status to Vietnam.

Voted YES on permanent normal trade relations with China.

******************************************************
Duncan Hunter is the only one not selling us out to our enemies:

“china is cheating on trade and they’re buying ships, planes and missiles with our money, as well as taking millions of jobs.”

Voted YES on deterring foreign arms transfers to China.

Voted NO on Permanent Normal Trade Relations with China.

http://archives.cnn.com/2001/US/05/01/china.us.plane.04/

If anyone should go “with him”, it should be the a$$hats who would sell us out to commies - Rudy, Romney, McCain, and Thompson.

Hunter Duncan is not qualified to lead a 6% presidential campaign, he cannot possibly be qualified to run the United States of America.

I don’t have an ilk.

Indeed you do. What you don't have is an argument with any merit.

Yes, and a bunch of those Republican king-makers post at FR.

It seems things can't be fixed that way. The only way it would work if we had a moderate "king" with a very conservative legislature. That way the pandering "king" won't have to be the bad guy(hurts his ego). These wanna be "kings" are multi-millionaires, so they don’t do it for money. Some, like Reagan do it for love of country. The others, for ego gratification.

We deserve better. But somehow we get what we deserve.
