Actually, it might make an interesting segment for Rush to discuss what the actual income tax treatment is for this sale and disbursement, along with what kind of documentation he will need in the event the IRS audits this transaction.

The proceeds go to charity. I doubt any paperwork other than the handover of the loot to the Marine Corps - Law Enforcement Foundation will be needed. I hate taxes and am the first to admit that tax law is something I know nothing about.
