Martin Sheen?!?!?

Just goes to show how little people know both about being a Christian and how these people live their lives.

Hopefully this was an extremely flawed poll.

But I fear it is not and America is in sad shape.

How is religiosity incompatible with collectivism?

Religiosity is incompatible with forced collectivism (socialism). Forcefully taking someone's possessions because you think you have a better idea of how they should be used is just theft, no matter how you try to justify it.

I saw a presentation at a local church here in the dc area given by a group who billed themselves as hollywood underground christians.

during q & a I mentioned that the last time there was an “underground” movement in hollywood was the 1940’s when the communists were very active there. I said despite the mccarthy huac brou ha ha — it was the communists vision for the USA that ultimately won out. they agreed.

so I said why not make a movie in which McCarthy is the hero.

It was like I had just touched the third rail. all the lights from the twilight zone came on.

very odd.

Interesting list. Hillary's not president yet, are they planning on gathering them up or something?

I mostly agree.

But don’t forget that Leftists are infiltrating the churches and pushing socialism through the Bible. They use the “it’s for the poor” and “Jesus doesn’t like wealth” argument. I think it’s flawed, theologically, but they are making severe gains.

Also, the Catholic church (which I admire greatly, for the most part, though I am not Catholic) has long had a penchant for redistributing wealth for these reasons.

Forget McCarthy and make a movie where the communists are the heels.

There's a scene in Ninotchka where some Soviets mistake a Nazi for an expected Soviet. That's how to do it - simple, graphic and effective.

Ok..so this makes me curious. Was it their expressions or something they said that seemed weird?

Nothing really that fits the print. When you say there is bad chemistry for example during a conversation... how would you know by reading the transcripts of that conversation.

They’re confusing Christian with activist, in regard to Martin Sheen.
