That is also the way I read it. There really seem to be a lot of factual innacuracies designed to inflame.

There are plenty of real things in this world to be upset about without making up more.

Beware when government changes definitions law. It's like jumping from the fry pan into the fire!

"This bill would revise the list of prohibited..."

Government in our Crook County, IL has revised the definition of an "assault weapons" from specific types to vague cosmetic features. Basically, "anything we damn choose!"

We know liberals here, and CA is where they look up to.
