It was cold, wet, nasty, windy, and miserable, when I met up with OCCASparky at Big Heads in Rochester, to continue our intermittant 1730 t0 1830 FReep against the Farmington commies.
Because of a derth of willing FReepers in our area we haven't been able to make this a regular Friday affair, hint, hint, but we do what we can.
About 1725 we set up at our usual spot across from the Monument unfolded our colors and awaited the arrival of the socalist scum from Farmington Peace Action. We waited for about five or eight minutes and the commie lawyer and a couple of his minions showed up with with their flags and signs.
The commie lawyer had his US Flag and his One World Flag, some signs demanding that the Troops be brought home, should be grounds for disbarment.
A short time later some guy showed up with the UN rag and a old hippy hag, he wore a RED tie, the hight of baad taste, tacky, she wore sign, war is not the answer.
In addition there was a kid with an Army Beret, Sparky wanted to ask him if his name was MacBeth, he had chin wiskers so we figured he was a wanna be, a modern mommy with her bubble gummers, a gaunt old guy whom I believe is the Pastor of a local Christless Church.
Until the commies showedup we got a lot of honks and thumbs up and got a lot after they showed up. They go some after they showed up but I believe that alot of people only saw their display of the Colors and were confused as to they are.
There were several amusing incidents: A rather large woman in a yellow VW Beetle drove around the block to honk the commies, an enthusist; A person drove by in a Minivan with a white flag out the window, she drove close to them so I figure she was with us.; A couple of very nice young Women pulled over and said, "We are glad that you are here!", That Makes FReepin' Worth While.
It was a good day on a bad day, we would like to make this a weekly thing but we need a few more people to fill in when Sparky or I have scheduleing conflicts.
No Pics this week.

Thank you for braving the elements and fighting the good fight, Little Bill.

Episelopean? LOL!! Great job, Little Bill!
There are still a few of those around, the big parish in Rochester is Anglican, Mrs Genie chased them out. No I am thinking Congo, UCC, United Christless Church, kind of an exemplar of Calvin's, Utter depravity of man. I forgot to mention the fag flag with peace across the front.
How about 2 weeks from today? I told my wife what I was planning to do on the 26th. She couldn’t believe it. She said “You’re going to seek out a confrontation?” I told her I figured it was going to be more fun that confrontation. I’m sure I haven’t heard the last of it from her.
So, is it on?
You can tell her for me, I have participated in over one hundred FReeps since 9/11. No one has been hurt, not one of our people have been arrested, these things are mundane and often boring.
The Idea is to present an opposing opinion. The founders expected this, thus the First Amendment. If she is so worried bring her along and the kiddies, I wanted to bring my Granddaughter last week, Katie is four, but the kid put the no on it.
Kiddies are all growed up. Got 4 grandchildren. Oldest almost 16, youngest 10.
Gotta come up with a good sign or other original object. Any suggestions?

How far is Rochester from University of NH.
I have every other Friday off and I would be interested in meeting up.
I live in Hampstead NH
No question is ever stupid, depends on how far you are from the Spalding Turn Pike. Rochester is 25 miles North of Portsmouth, more or less. You can do a Mapquest on the District Court, Sparky can give better directions, I live NW of Rochester.
Do you meet every friday?
I did mapquest the directions and it looks like a straight drive up 125 for me. About a 50 minute drive.
I will keep my eye on the NH local.
I’d love to be there, but unfortunately I work noon to 9PM.
You can’t escape if you want to Freep, I will find one for you.
