Media: A manufactured flap over Rush Limbaugh has stirred talk of new "fairness doctrine" hearings in Congress. That's just what Media Matters, the flacks behind it, were after. Their agenda is worse than it looks.
Media Matters, a left-wing nuisance group, recently sought headlines by distorting a Sept. 26 conversation between conservative radio commentator Limbaugh and a listener about a soldier who misrepresented his military record.
Media Matters screamed that Limbaugh, whose record of supporting U.S. troops is long and real, was insulting anti-war soldiers as "phony."
The claim was as silly as the one Media Matters made a week earlier about Fox News host Bill O'Reilly being a racist — a distortion so egregious it drew a smack-down from liberal commentator Juan Williams in Time magazine.

Maybe they thought they struck paydirt with their smear of Rush Limbaugh and now they're moving to another Conservative.
Soros made a lot of money denigrating the english pound and now he's trying to get cultural hegenomy by talking down/smearing Rush Limbaugh and Ann Coulter with his vile organizations.
Ann was on TV last week, fawning over the coverage that Rush was getting, and her none. She said ‘and hey I wrote a book, it’s just not fair. Got to do something to get some of that attention.’
So she did ... LOL. It’s what Ann does.
Media Matters is worse than just a left-wing nuisance, with its connections to Hillary Clinton and the Democrats in Congress.
The real nuisance is the Democrats, and their fellow leftists who can’t stand other opinions.
My feeling is that, if left-wing cranks can say anything they want, we ought to be able to have a few right-wing cranks. And no, I’m not putting Coulter in that category.
And this is the same freakin’ crowd that screams “FREE SPEECH” when they jeopardize military missions and provide comfort to the enemy.
This is the first taste of Marxist Hitlery power. It will only get worse and continue until Liberals take away all our freedoms and destroy our country as we know it.
This is one editorial that needs to be read by every news outlet across this country.
I’m going to send it to some of the ones in my state, as well as to my senators and representatives in D.C..

Personally, I put Savage's hateful remarks of Ann to be in par with the filth coming from "Media Matters" and the rest of the Democraftic evil toons.
I have liked to hear Savage's abrasive take on things.. Ann has a long way to go to surpass HIS coarse demeanor. I may think twice about spending time listening to an obvious anti-Christian closet bigot like Michael.. :(

This is getting annoying. Jesse Macbeth failed out of Basic Training. You are not a soldier until you complete your training (including AIT). Until you are awarded your primary MOS, you are called a "Soldier in Training".
If this is confusing for the media, think of it this way. A guy who applies for American Idol and is booed off the stage before ever making it on T.V. is not "an American Idol". And if he tells all of his friends that he is a rock star, you don't call him "an American Idol who misrepresented his stardom".
They were saying the same thing 3 million books ago.
So the plan is for Media Matters to keep pounding away with these manufactured incidents until the Democrats have sufficient political ammo to bring back the fairness doctrine.
Is the media version of "MoveOn.org"
They aint goin away unless the conservative movement exposes their intent and screams with a very very loud voice.

I agree with the premise of the article. There appears to be a coordinated effort by the Left to silence conservative voices, and it is gathering momentum.
Here’s my fear. We have this law called “The Patriot Act.” I can easily see President Hillary using the provisions of that act to target conservatives; I can also see President Hillary using hate crime laws to target evangelicals. Of course, we may never see President Hillary. We might see President Gore. God help us.
