DH at the Oct. 9, 2007 Dearborn, Michigan GOP Presidential Debate
Whoops...my fingers are just waking up, JAN...I MEANT to type Just A Nobody...sorry!!!!
Must run for now. A couple more weeks of stuff to deal with and I'll be back on the ping list. WooHoo! ;*)
No apology needed! Glad to see we are on the same team! ;*)
Yep, I was proud to be a Conservative last night. Most all on the stage really did a great job. They answered their questions well. American can be proud..well the RIGHT America can ;-)
Consider it done, Mr. Osborne.
(thank you for the invite)
Thank you, Mr. Skinner!
I'm glad someone else noticed that!
>So what’s the argument that FredHeads make to show FDT has a better chance of wining than DH?<
I think they know that he is a moderate Washington insider, so the RNC will back him. Also if you’ve seen his list of former contributors your head would spin. They are banking on Arthur Branch, though I note a number of them have decided to reserve their final decision. :)
Yes, Hunter was strong, and wonderful but largely ignored.
:(
However, do not lose heart, because it’s not over ‘til it’s over! :)
Thanks, Calpernia!
Took a peek and these look great. Bryan Barton has a new fan! He’s a hoot. I look forward to watching them this evening with a refreshing adult beverage!
(The Tanc will always have a soft spot in my heart for his “nuking Mecca should not be taken off the table” policy.)
Cheers.
Thank you pissant!
The fat lady isn’t even in the building yet, much less warming her voice. :o)
Republicans will watch the debates and they will know who the best candidate is when it's time to cast their votes in the primaries. Once Hunter is nominated, the media won't ignore him. Until that time, they will promote the RINOs and pretend that the conservative candidates don't exist.
The people who know me have heard good things about Duncan Hunter. I'm not going to be making random calls to phone numbers, faxes and email accounts, if that is whay you are suggesting, but I'd love a bumper sticker. A "Vote Hunter" bumper sticker would look real cool on my car next month as I'm driving back to the city with that 8-point buck strapped to the roof.
“and everything else imaginable.”
Of course the left will do that about ANY Republican candidate.
“And that’s just from the republican side of the aisle.”
lol, lots of RINOs among them.
>I’m not going to be making random calls to phone numbers, faxes and email accounts if that’s what you’re suggesting, but I’d love a bumper sticker.<
You want bumper stickers? I’ve got Hunter bumper stickers. Just FReepmail me your address and I’ll get some off to you. :)
Incidently, a letter to the editor about this fine man and his unmatched qualifications is an impersonal way to reach hundreds of people. Incidentally, have you contributed to his campaign yet? http://gohunter08.com.
I usually call all my county’s PCOs on the Hunter campaign’s behalf, encouraging them to watch a Republican debate when it is coming up. (If you call in the afternoon, most people are at work, and you can read your spiel to their answering machine.) :)
Now about those bumper stickers.....
>>Of course the left will do that about ANY Republican candidate.”
I’m not speaking of the left....
That is why he will fail.
I just signed up to volunteer at http://www.gohunter08.com. Looks like I get a bumper sticker too!
>And that’s just from the republican side of the aisle.<
LOL! Good comeback, cc. ;)
I am an arch conservative. I have been sending letters to the editor for over 50 years. I have never had one NOT printed. The local newspaper (and mine is as far left as they get) printed my letter regarding Duncan Hunter. It must be nearly time to send in another one. :)
