Yeah, McCain chatting off-the-cuff is marginally more interesting than the debate was. Do these guys know they’re being beamed over the internet...?!

Kudlow says he won the debate? McCain looks incredulous!! He’s having hearing problems?? Now they’re telling him about an upcoming interview?! :-) LOL!

Mitt and Rudy stood out...Hunter and McCain did fine but didn’t add anything to his chances. Thompson played defense and didn’t hurt himself...everyone else were background...

R.P. has 5 mill in the bank enough to campaign on his own along with Soros donations. I really think he is going to go out and stake his claim on a third party, which will upset the RATS plans. I think he is a GOD send...really! He will throw a monkey wrench on the SHE-DEVIL’s wheels!
To: Canticle_of_Deborah
Tancredo had exactly the right answer on that question.
It’s silly to expect someone to automatically support the nominee when it could be someone like Giuliani.
On this point, I agree with Tom Tancredo, as usual.

Does Mccain always seem drugged like that? He is really not tracking well at all.

Jim Robinson - the actual founder of the site - is VEHEMENTLY anti-Paul. Given posts Ive seen from Robinson, the quote above couldve been from Robinsons mouth verbatim. I don't believe this. If Jim wanted to ban anybody, he would ban anybody who speaks out against Bush, no matter how bad Bush has been as President. But, the status quo is basically, as long as you aren't a disruptor or avowed liberal, you are basically pretty safe.

Fred has a habit of pulling on his nose. It drives me crazy.

He really should stop that.
It’s one of the strongest and most widely understood non-verbal queues around.
To: Pravious
Obviously McCain and Hunter, etc. don’t—that’s why I’m wondering if CNBC is being a little bit tricky...

CNN would never sabotage McCain. He’s a guarantee to supress republican turnout.

They’re viewing all of the Republican candidates through a liberal prism.
A distorted view, to be sure.
Now pimping McCain.

this was his first debate and he warmed up and did better as the debate rolled on ...I think because these guys are on their sixth, this was a dress rehearsal for things to come.

Is there anyway we can clone the good parts from ALL the candidates (even Dr. Paul, LOL) and make our own brand new candidate? :-)
Someone should work out a chart like that. It would be interesting. If you charted it by issues and actual records, I bet you'd come out with Duncan Hunter.
