Matthews: How would you (Giuliani) police the Internet.
[Leave it alone! It works fine without Hillary’s gatekeeper.]

Somebody say *F* the unions. Exactly, they're never gonna support a Republican anyway.

Chrissy Q: How would you police the internet culturally?
Rudy up first. We should not tax the internet. Go after child predators. Task forces between federal, state and local.

I though he said “Well that’s your opinion, Christopher” but it was still a good shot.

Hunter is not a viable candidate. The nominee is going to come out of the Big Three or Four, i.e., Thompson, Giuliani, Romney, or McCain. That’s the reality, fair or not. Hunter has not gained any traction in the polls.

Paul is embracing the notion that the Constitution as written is the absolute prism that Govt should run by, normally that would be fine, but we are in a highly mobile battle against Islamic Terrorists, some of the Enumerated Powers are not specifically designed to address that battle.
So precedent and vagary are the only tools CIC has to rely upon.
