If you hadn’t done such a great job, there would be no reason to attack you.

The left doesn’t want facts. They have no interest in them, because they never prove a liberal...,excuse me, a ‘progressive’s’, point.
Their aim is to stir the water so that folks are confused by all of the noise and splashing. They hope to have the water so muddied, when they’re done, that interest in trying to see the facts is lost by any among the general public who might have been interested at the outset, and they’ve either neutralized the threat or won their objective.
That way they can say the facts are whatever they want them to be, and continue to accuse their opposition of having the motivations, and employing the tactics that they have and use themselves.

Very nice work you did with this, and its expect you would be attacked by leftwing posters....and sadly, elected Dems seem to have decided to attack any ‘private citizen’ these days that dares to debunk them.

You and Rush Limbaugh, my friend.

Thats something to be very proud of. Congrats.

At least you are not Hairy Reed.

No, I'm not, but this story sure is a hairy read.

I think your Harry Reid photoshopped comedy item is needed on this thread which will get a lot of play.

Just a quick primer on LLCs and corporations. LLCs and corporations are “artificial persons” in the eyes of the law. They are creatures of statute, created and existing under the laws of a particular state. A corporation incorporated in Maryland does not exist in Pennsylvania unless it qualifies to do business there and submits itself to the jurisdiction of that state. But its existence in Pennsylvania is tied to its existence in its state of formation.

If the state of formation revokes its corporate charter for failure to pay taxes or to make required periodic filings, then its existence in other states where it qualified to do business would cease as well.

In this case, the LLCs are forfeited because no tax returns were filed (and presumably no taxes were paid.) These taxes remain due and owing. They do not just disappear. If the entities continue to do business, the veil of limited liability is lost and the operator of the business does so as a sole proprietor (subject to being taxed as such). I wonder if Mr. Frost continues to file his tax returns as an LLC? If he takes business deductions that he could not take as an individual?

Quick tax lesson on LLCs... When you form an LLC you must elect to be taxed as a corporation or as a partnership. If you are a sole member LLC, you can elect to be taxed as a disregarded entity, which means that all the business income goes on your Schedule C and you are taxed like a sole proprietorship. Members of LLCs do not take much in salary, but rather take their money out in distributions or dividendeds. Why? Because salary is subject to payroll taxes (can you say FICA?) and dividends are not. Salary is also taxed as ordinary income where distributions may be taxed at the lower dividend or capital gain rates.

Mr. Frost may have some serious tax issues as a result of increased scrutiny of his businesses. (Furthermore, if there are taxes owed by the business entity, Mr. Frost might be personally liabile for these taxes.)

What the Dems are doing is “creating a constituency”...ya see when we unloaded the welfare rolls in 1996...they los a “constituency”..they’re looking for another ...better educated..better class...to consort with.

In this health insurance debate there is a nine hundred pound gorilla in the room that is totally being overlooked. That is the huge cost that litigation has added to the price of medicine. If John Edwards were a honest man he could explain to us how it works.

What country!

A postman’s family living in dump in Daly City can afford to donate $250,000 to Democratic candidates, but an independent busiman whose wife works for a medical publisher (!) cannot afford health insurance!

Maybe those more familiar on why people set up LLC's can tell us what creative things can be done with finances this way.

Didn't Harry Reid hide his 2004 $1 million Nevada land deal behind a friend's LLC that he may or may not have been a partner in?

In fact, no returns have been filed since then. Therefore, the Frost’s LLC is not a validly existing, legal entity.

Excellent find and I commend you. I also was looking for the LLC docs but couldn't find them.

So he's owned an industrial property for 8 years, doesn't pay taxes on it, has no legal business entity, and presumably doesn't have a valid Balitimore business license.

So what is his business, and where is it conducted?

(BTW, I'd like to see his S-CHIP docs to see whether he calimed employment by the defunct LLC)

I would simply say check your parties Congressional approval rating. The rating is indicative of policies Americans don’t find favorable. More Americans these days no longer care about the left’s Socialistic ambitions or the right’s corporate sellout of America. We are American’s first and We the People are all stepping up to reclaim our nation from Federalism. Thanks once again for demonstrating left wing supporters must use irrational emotional slanders against other Americans to fill in the lack of factual debate.

You know it’s people like you that are going to get the democrats going after Google and others for allowing for invasions of privacy.

I can see this being made a policy component of the resurfaced Fairness Doctrine.

No, I am not exaggerating.

They will attempt to reimpose this doctrine without any new law, just a simple up or down vote. If the Witch gets into the Oval Office, we can bet she will sign an Executive Order doing just that.

The democrats can only win if their propaganda is secure. Just think if Rather hadn’t been called on his lie?

Things are good now but will get alot worse if we let it. Congrats on your expose and thank you for taking the time to research it.

Good points, all, and I would add "whom does he work for, who pays him, and whom does he claiim is his employer when filling out these applications for government asssistance"?
