“If the grandparents are paying it, they can jointly gift $22,000 to each kid ($11,000 each for GM and GF). If they give more, they must pay gift tax or utilize a portion of their unified credit.”
Ah, that’s right. I forgot about the cross-gifting ability...each grandparent to each child. Thanks.
That being said, while the family says they’re making less (taxable income) than $50K/yr, they’re still being given over $40K for school tuition from if the stories about the grandparents paying the tuition are correct.

Maybe those more familiar on why people set up LLC's can tell us what creative things can be done with finances this way.The number one reason is to protect personal assets from liability associated with business activities. E.g. if his wiid-workign business makes a large piece of furniture for a client, and the client's kids are rough-housing and cause it to fall over on one of them resulting in severe injury, they will be contractually limited to suing the LLC -- they may be able to wipe out the LLC, but will not be able to get to the family's personal assets.
Personally, I'm not arguing with you that these people are desperately poor and deserve to have the taxpayers pick up the tab for their medical bills. But I think it's important to check your facts carefully before making accusations, because your whole argument loses credibility when chunks of it can quickly be proven false. It's very easy for political opponents to distract people from the main focus of your argument, when you give them piles of ammo with which to assail your credibility.

Was there anything I posted on this topic that was quickly proven false? Or slowly proven false? Or false at all?

Somethin' the dems are missing here is the fact that TRUTH WINS IN THE END OF ALL THINGS. If they can only try and win over a huge majority of Americans with out and out lies....then the games up. They will lose, plain and simple. There is a shift that's occurring as I type this. And what worked for them in the past WILL NOT work today. The shift has occurred...evil is trumped.
Good Job. ;o) A FReeper strikes again.

It is extremely unlikely that this family was shelling out $40,000 a year for private school tuition. You asserted that they were. Now when it's challenged, you can't provide any evidence for your assertion. Look, I think it's great you made the effort. But please work on refining your technique. The socialist forces are gleefully pointing to these flawed specifics, to distract the populace from the main point -- which is that these government programs for "poor children" are already covering a lot of people who are clearly not in desperate straits, and hardly need to be expanded.
Instead of making unsupported specific assertions about the family's finances, the point could be better made by accepting their income level at face value, and pointing out that if their modest income wasn't already being taxed so heavily to support all the existing government medical care and disability programs, they would have been able to afford private medical insurance. Taxing middle income people to fund hand-out programs for middle income people is just sending money in circles, with government red tape and overhead costs reducing the amount that comes back around.

Excellent job! You are doing what the left-wing media cannot do. You are researching and supporting your points without embellishing things with speculations and insinuations. The left (which includes all MSM) can't do that because their positions won't hold up to scrutiny.
Character assassination is all they have now.

Now, that is interesting! The Frosts may have opened a can of worms they wish they hadnt! What's sad is that the political class doesn't give a damn about them either. The family will be forgottenby the dems completely, to deal with the aftermath of having subjected themselves to a microscopic inspection.
There are dozens of examples of such throw-away people that litter the Clinton's past.

This child could have been killed at the very time Hillary was pimping her.

FYI: 2 CHILDREN (12 and 15), Baltimore City, $2500 DEDUCTIBLE, NATIONWIDE COMPANY = $82.77 A MONTH or $993.24 A YEAR.
If he couldn’t afford the family plan then he should have been a man and at least thought about the children.
IT’S ALL ABOUT THE CHILDREN!
