She needs to be in jail. On what charge?
Snarkiness in the second degree?
Aggravated insensitivity?

Not rendering aid to a citizen and leaving the scene; even though they caused the problem.

On what charge? Well for her I guess there wouldn't be any. But she certainly needs to be fired.
The cop(s) that manhandled him need to face assault charges, firing and jail. The same charges I'd face if I walked up to a random person and did the same thing.

How's about attempted murder (depraved indifference)?

“On what charge?Snarkiness in the second degree?Aggravated insensitivity?” Those aren’t crimes, but police brutality is. She belongs in jail.

"On what charge?"
If she's the one who kneed him in the back, assault and battery.

She needs to be in jail. On what charge? Whatever anyone else would be charged with were they not wearing a gun and a badge.
