Why they let him off so lightly is a mystery to me. Did he threaten to spill the country’s secrets to the enemy or something? Was the potential damage to the country so great that he got a sweetheart deal, set up to clear him to be in Hillary’s administration? And surely whatever he took must have Hill and Bill completely beholden to him.

Hillary is really brazen to put Berger on. Maybe this is a way to send some hush money his way by means of a salary.BINGO

Yup. The Clin-toones owe the Burglar-Boy big time, and this is hush money; pure and simple.

Bill Sammon on now with the Friends discussing this...the Friends are shocked! Greg asks—do you think this story has legs? Bill says it’s up to the Drive Bys—can you imagine if Scooter Libby was brought back? So I guess, no, Greg, the story will die. Steve asks if they plan on also bringing back Monica.

Sandy Berger has been working for the Clinton Mafia all along. Look at the Sestak- Weldon race. Berger is a true Clinton soldier and can be counted on to fall on the sword. Just as Web Hubble and others have done over the years. Berger will be on the team if Mrs. Clinton wins the election. He will be confirmed by other Democrats. Everyone knows that it is only the Republicans that have honesty issues.

They should both be behind bars at Leavenworth.

Bill Sammon just made a great comment.
Berger is not permitted to see secret documents until late 08. When she becomes the official candidate she will be allowed to see those documents, but Berger can not.

He added: If Senator Clinton becomes the Democratic nominee, at some point she will begin to receive national security briefings that will include sensitive information. At such a point, continuing to keep Berger on board as a key advisor, where he might have access to sensitive material, would be beyond incomprehensible" I believe it's also against the terms of his probation.

“The Clinton campaign declined to comment.”
You know, at some point Ms. Clinton is gonna have to talk about something real, not just her political doublespeak nonsense.
Anyone who would cast a vote for this person needs serious professional help. She is a soulless, fake, phony, power-hungry nightmare.

I find it hard to believe that Bill would permit Hillary to make such a serious strategic mistake. I can’t believe even the main stream media can let this go without comment.

She could pardon him but that would not matter since he is permitted to see national security documents in late 08.
It is the time running up to that date that is in question.

This was reported in Newsweek and then LGF posted it back on Sept 13:

Hillary’s ‘Low Profile’ National Security Adviser: Sandy Berger
Thu, Sep 13, 2007 at 1:05:33 pm PST
Its gotten very little mainstream media coverage (surprise!) but Hillary Clintons national security adviser is none other than Sandy Docs In My Socks Berger, who pleaded guilty to stealing and destroying classified documents related to the Clinton administrations anti-terror efforts, immediately before Bill Clintons testimony to the 9/11 commission: Hirsh: Battle for the Best and Brightest.

Well could it have been Hillry that Sandy the Burglar was sent to sanitize the records for. After all she was co-president and she did take to the Senate floor and accuse President Bush with those famous Nixon words...”What did Bush know and when did he know it?”... She sure could not have any documentation with her HRC initials to be found by that Soviet style commission she pulled off!!!!
I can’t wait to hear her say I am NOT a crook!!!!
To: fleagle
If any of the “journalist” have any intregety, that will be the first question asked of her in her next debate.

"Bill Sammon just made a great comment...Berger is not permitted to see secret documents until late 08." Sammon is obviously under the illusion that the rules for the little people also apply to the Clinton campaign.
