World Net Daily ^ | Oct 7, 2007 | wnd staff

President George Bush has repeated his belief all religions, "whether they be Muslim, Christian, or any other religion, prays to the same God" – an assertion that caused outrage among evangelical leaders when he said it in November 2003.

The so-called god of the Mooselimbs is a false god of a death cult. Bush is absolutely wrong...mistaken.

Jhn 14:9 Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou [then], Shew us the Father?

100% agree. Either GWB has had a fall from grace (and none of us are perfect) since becoming President, or, we never really knew the man and his faith. I am all for tolerance of religious differences, but GWB seems to be desperately trying to appease the loudest non-Christians out there.

"Ah, last time I checked, Jesus isn’t God."

"In the begining was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word WAS God." Jesus is the Word - Jesus is God. You need to read the book of John cuz you obviously haven't checked it.

Nooooooooooooooo they dont...

The Christians believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit...

And the Moslems believe?

WRONG!!!, Just another reason that I am finally becoming dis-illusioned with the Commander and Chief. If he doesn't have the vision, or honesty, to tell the truth about what he proclaims as his faith, then he, and those that support him do not need to be in charge of anything.

“The so-called god of the Mooselimbs is a false god of a death cult.”

I agree with you. But even C.S. Lewis says God will save good people who joined bad causes believing them to be good causes. Some of the misled will make it—most will be led right to the devil.

Father
Son
Holy Spirit

Three members of the Holy Trinity.

It’s what many Christians believe.

"That is correct. But to say that Jesus is THE God is not correct. He is of God and the Holy Spirit. God sent His Son to us."

This position is called Arminianism and was rejected at the Counsel of Nicea 1700 years ago.

he that hath seen me hath seen the Father

Because Christ is the son of God and the messenger of God's word, thus hath seen the Father.

Christ himself references the Trinity:

Matthew 28:19-20
19 Go, therefore,  and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the holy Spirit,
20 teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you.  And behold, I am with you always, until the end of the age."

Ah yes, Jesus is not God … on your say-so, several thousand years of Christianity should be dump down the drain. Believe what you want … Jesus was and is God. I will pray for you in the hopes that you will begin to understand that Jesus is God and how his sacrifice on the cross gives you and everyone a chance to live eternally with him in Heaven.

And “whatever” will lead you to an eternity in Hell … believe or not at your own peril.

Better to believe in Jesus and be wrong than not believe in Jesus and be wrong.

The Muslims believe the Jewish and Christian Bible is forged, and that the prophets were all Muslims, and that the Jooos and Christians even conspired to remove references to Muslims in the Bible.

They must get to the Father through the Son. There is only one Way. If they think that MoHamad will get them there, only eternal hell will await.

They must be led to Christ. They kill and desire to kill ALL Christians. They perpetuate being lost.

There is no question that Muslims sincerely believe they pray to the same God as Christians and Jews.

Whether they are correct or not seems to be something we can safely leave to the Almighty to determine. It seems remarkably presumptuous for mortals to proclaim they know exactly where prayers to the One True God are “really” aimed, or which prayers He accepts and which He rejects.

Does the God described in the Koran differ significantly from the God described in the Bible? Sure, but then the God of the Old Testament differs considerably from the one defined in the New Testament. You can consider these varying descriptions to be portraying different aspects of a Person we cannot really define at all, or as being different Gods, as you choose.
