Only the exceptionally dull of wit would not recognize that as a call for censure. It would be like saying “I am not for censoring people who must be censored.” I mean, how long can you avoid realizing how weak are your arguments?

You must have dementia. I have called repeatedly for your exposure. I want you to espouse your beliefs. How can I belittle you if you are censored? Shining the light of truth on you is the best way to expose you for what you are.

Apparently I understand a lot better than you. You just said God is the null set. Then you said God does not exist. Therefore what you just implied is the null set does not exist, which invalidates your original definition. It’s this kind of sloppy thinking that permeates your discussions.

If I said that Leprechauns were a null set would that mean that Leprechauns exist? LOL You really need to take a course in logic.

Well whatever LeGrande. You have repeatedly claimed everyone else to be irrational, to be liars, cabalists, illogical, demented - and then gone on to put up half statements, summary judgments and other evidence of an unstable mind.

You claimed I was a failed wannabe lawyer who couldn’t get into law school, when I’m an Ivy Leaguer who has the scores to do whatever I freaking want (and being a lawyer isn’t one of them). What kind of weird oddball projection is it that you have to make things up about people which have zero relationship to reality???

You claim I have no beliefs and become apoplectic when I won’t bare my sould to you, who has no soul and is an Atheist Jack Mormon who believes in nothing? How sad is that?

So go ahead and live in your little sad atheistic world without hope, I don’t think anyone is listening to you anymore. Maybe as a failed Apostle of Hugh Nibley you can square the mental circles around which you run, all I can say is good luck with that.

Still waiting patiently for your Quantum Mechanical debunking of God.

Do you deny that your sole purpose on these threads is to trash the Mormon religion?

I know you say you are an atheist now, but did I read somewhere in these threads that you were once an LDS member?

Excuse me, but quoting unrelated scripture just makes you look as loony as a moonbat.

It's the company I keep.

Moonbats and Whackos - we could start a Punk Rock Band!

I know, with absolute certainty that we will all die...

HMMmm...

Seems some would disagree:

1 Thessalonians 4:17

After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever.

We hold the Priesthood of God and officiate in the Lord’s Holy House in ordinances that are eternal in nature- sanctioned and sealed by divine authority.

...except for that polygamy thing: it lasted about 47 years.

Well, longer if you count them folks (spit), rebelling against SLC authority, that claim since it is STILL in our Scriptures, and hasn't been OFFICIALLY removed by GOD, THEY are the only one's who REALLY follow GOD's commands!

Absolute certainty is a very rare commodity.

If Johmmy had said this, the audience would respond:

"How...
rare...
IS...
it?"

Even YOU can answer your own question.

Yes. I served a Mission, went to BYU, was married in the Salt Lake Temple, both of our families are all LDS, most of my friends and neighbors are LDS, etc. I know what the Mormons believe : )

Well, that didn't take long. 3 posts I think. 2 more posts before you curse me?

You still didn't answer my question. If you aren't made out of cells, what kink of alien life form are you? I am curious because I have never talked to an alien life form before.

Wow!

I’ll bet you get chosen last for the family reunion volleyball game!

I guess you had that burning in the busom thing when you asked GOD to answer your prayers?

Actually it is big cards tournaments, rook, spades, Pinochle, bridge, etc. My sister and I are a force to be reckoned with.

Religion or my lack of it doesn't seem to bother anyone. It is very rarely even a source of discussion.

I guess you had that burning in the busom thing when you asked GOD to answer your prayers?

Well that was the problem, I never did. I tried hard to get it but it never came. I studied and went to all kinds of churches and I thought for a while that the Taoists had it, but they didn't.

Then I decided to take an absolutely objective look at Religion altogether. The shackles came off and I was free :) Life has never been better.

Well that was the problem, I never did. I tried hard to get it but it never came.

Were you aware, at that time, of these verses in the Bible?

NIV 1 Corinthians 1:11-25
 11.  My brothers, some from Chloe's household have informed me that there are quarrels among you.
 12.  What I mean is this: One of you says, "I follow Paul"; another, "I follow Apollos"; another, "I follow Cephas "; still another, "I follow Christ."
 13.  Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Were you baptized into  the name of Paul?
 14.  I am thankful that I did not baptize any of you except Crispus and Gaius,
 15.  so no one can say that you were baptized into my name.
 16.  (Yes, I also baptized the household of Stephanas; beyond that, I don't remember if I baptized anyone else.)
 17.  For Christ did not send me to baptize, but to preach the gospel--not with words of human wisdom, lest the cross of Christ be emptied of its power.
 18.  For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
 19.  For it is written: "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise; the intelligence of the intelligent I will frustrate."
 20.  Where is the wise man? Where is the scholar? Where is the philosopher of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of the world?
 21.  For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe.
 22.  Jews demand miraculous signs and Greeks look for wisdom,
 23.  but we preach Christ crucified: a stumbling block to Jews and foolishness to Gentiles,
 24.  but to those whom God has called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God and the wisdom of God.
