Hillary Clinton, George Soros, John Podesta, Harold Ickes and others are behind the Center for American Progress and it's bastard child, Media Matters, a sleazy smear site designed to attack and misconstrue the views of conservatives. MM caught much attention in recent weeks smearing Bill O'Reilly as a racist, Michael Medved as a supporter of slavery and now Rush Limbaugh as unpatriotic and anti-military. Now I'm not one to claim that there is a liberal bias in the mainstream media (ahem!), but it is interesting how the closer we get to the general election the more newspapers and television outlets are running with the 'reporting' of Hillary's smear machine.
Hillary herself said at last months Daily Kos circus: "We are certainly better prepared and more focused on, you know, taking our arguments, and making them effective, and disseminating them widely, and really putting together a network, uh, in the blogosphere, in a lot of the new progressive infrastructure, institutions that I helped to start and support like Media Matters and Center for American Progress." (insert cackle wherever you picture it)So the routine seems to be that MM scans talk radio for opportunities in the form of short sound bites. Never mind that the host has spent several minutes before and after making their point; MM extracts a few words that had absolutely no existence in their alleged context prior to their extraction but then with a little help, take on a meaning of their own. Then the country's prominent mainstream media outlets, which conservatives would never suspect of supporting Hillary Clinton, run with the story, sometimes days after the host has clarified what they have really said and challenged MM - and often without the hosts rebuttal included.

Its interesting watching the far leftwingnuts make a mistake, then make another one in reaction to the first, and then make a third mistake as a result of the first two implosions.
I want to know why these legislators are all of a sudden attacking private citizens with a public forum for their vocation. I want to know where these legislators have been when Rosie was on “The View” tirading and ranting on a daily basis-why no outrage over her misstatements? The very fact that these people are attacking private citizens reveals their true nature. What makes me suspicious is how they try so hard to act tolerant, when in fact they are out to silence any and all opposing voices. They want no dialogue or debate. For all purposes, it sounds like the repression of a free people like the nazis or the communists.
Slap a $100 million law suit on these idiots and I’d bet they would slow down real fast.
